I assume its just a problem with insignia, as i ordered a different brand with no issues Plus the software is buggy and glitchy and slow. Not worth the headache of it constantly crashing

Hulu crashes constantly, half the time my tv apps won’t even open. Completely unreliable and when the tv is turned on but there is no picture it looks like the screen is all cloudy. I guess the old saying, you get what you paid for” and this is a cheap, useless 75” tv. It’s not even 6 months old too. What a waste of money

When I unpacked it I discovered the screen is cracked The call center said that I must deal with this issue at the store. However there is no way to call the store, all calls are routed to the call center which creates an endless loop. The reason that I would like to call the store is because it is a two hour round trip and I would like to have worked out a resolution before I go. In addition the representative at the call center refused to let me speak to a supervisor. This is terrible customer service. Do not purchase from Best Buy any savings is not worth the poor customer support

The amazon platform is a little laggy and I have added the latest firestick to it and it fixed the problem. The picture is good but not what I am use to with the Samsung Curves. The blacks pixelate and sports are not crystal clear they are a little grainy. Seems the technology has moved forward but there are so many versions of tvs now you can get sucked into features that dont matter. for 449 delivered its a cool tv

With a sound bar this TV came to life quickly

Then I saw info on this and decided to spend the extra money for on paper read to be better. I'm glad I did! The F50 was nice, but the QF is a QLED, which is more vibrant colors, great brightness, and a great overall picture for high definition content. I have an older Insignia (over 15 years old) and it still shows a great picture! I like the brand, but upgrading to the QLED was the right choice.

The right kind of smart TV for my house.

I’m drawn to the Insignia brand because FireStick is native on the TV. So it takes a lot less Time to turn on the TV and get to the Fire home page. The QLED TV is great, priture very good and the TV is much lighter than the old one. The remote is very simple and looks like all the other remotes in my house so no learning curve.
