A brand been disappointed had these in our bedrooms and figures, let’s give it a try in the living room couldn’t ask for nothing better. We are satisfy and happy with our purchase.

You can tell that the screens been touched several times as there are light spots when the screen is fully black, but i brought the floor model!

Hulu crashes constantly, half the time my tv apps won’t even open. Completely unreliable and when the tv is turned on but there is no picture it looks like the screen is all cloudy. I guess the old saying, you get what you paid for” and this is a cheap, useless 75” tv. It’s not even 6 months old too. What a waste of money

When I unpacked it I discovered the screen is cracked The call center said that I must deal with this issue at the store. However there is no way to call the store, all calls are routed to the call center which creates an endless loop. The reason that I would like to call the store is because it is a two hour round trip and I would like to have worked out a resolution before I go. In addition the representative at the call center refused to let me speak to a supervisor. This is terrible customer service. Do not purchase from Best Buy any savings is not worth the poor customer support

I assume its just a problem with insignia, as i ordered a different brand with no issues Plus the software is buggy and glitchy and slow. Not worth the headache of it constantly crashing

Great picture quality, free delivery, and setup was easy out of the box. Paired it with an Insignia™ - 5.1.2 Channel Home Theater Soundbar with Wireless Subwoofer and Rear Speakers and voila, I can enjoy watching movies, and sports at home. Worth every penny.
