This was an open box purchase and the only noticeable imperfection was wall scrape residue at the bottom right corner of the TV. Pristine picture and amazing sound quality! Great television for movie night.

Great value for an 85-inch QLED TV especially $674

I've been very happy with this TV so far. The 85-inch screen is huge and makes movies, sports, and streaming much more enjoyable. The QLED panel produces vibrant colors, and the 4K picture is sharp for the price. Setup was quick, and the built-in Fire TV interface made it easy to access all of my favorite streaming apps. The built-in speakers are decent for everyday use, but a soundbar would make the experience even better. Overall, it's hard to find another 85-inch QLED TV at this price point that offers this much value. If you're looking for a large-screen TV without spending a fortune, I would definitely recommend this one."

Great TV for a great price!

I'm used to buying more expensive brand TVs at Best Buy like Sony and Samsung, but thought I'd try Insignia after my 65" Samsung TV died after only 6 years. I've been very pleased with the clarity, color depth and features of my Insignia 85" QLED TV. It works great with my sound bar and is like having a home theater. It also does a nice job as a display for my PC. This Insignia 85" 4K TV is a great value!

You get what you pay for

This is a classic example of you get what you pay for. The blacks in this tv are gray. There are splotches on the screen when the screen was supposed to be black. You could still see the gray areas in the widescreen top and bottom bars when the regular picture was on. I returned this tv and paid the extra amount to get a quality tv. When I returned it the staff was not surprised by my comments
