Poor design

It is heavy, and really doesn't stay in a vertical wall outlet. It doesn't even like to stay in power strip on the floor if the outlets are positioned so the charger hangs off the edge. The only way it will stay for me is to have the outlets lined up so that the charger sits on the power strip. This of course blocks most of the other outlets from being used. Something this big should have its own power brick that sits on the desk or floor and just a cord gets plugged in. Finally, the prongs fold in separately, and quite easily. It is quite simple to end up with only one prong plugged in and not have your laptop charging.

After that, it no longer charged laptop and can only charge low power phone.... Which is useless. Who wants to carry this size of charger for ONE phone?

I brought it home to use it and it didn't work. It fit but didn't charge my Laptop. I wanted to return it but with COVID-19 and being an "essential employee" as a First Responder, I do not have the time.

Just a normal charger

It only shows "charging" not "super fast charging". Sorry but its just a normal but overpriced charger.

It stopped working
