Did not work right

Only lasted a few days

It quit working after 3 days. Fortunately we had borrowed our daughters generic converter which for us thru the rest of the trip.

Good effort
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Alot of options in this all-in-one travel charger. Used it in Thailand & Cambodia. I bought this because it is also a surge protector. The main problem I had with it is it is heavy and if the wall outlet in Thailand sucks it will be hanging halfway out of the socket. Still it worked for us.

In the USA, IT IS 60hz, in Europe it is 50 Hz. This adapter does not convert the power frequency! So your electric device (e.g. Heater, razor, Waterpik, etc.) could be severely damaged, even if the plug adapter fits. It is probably OK to use for a cellphone.

Blew out after initial use

First Day Broken
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for my mission project in Croatia for 6 weeks and when I bought it I specifically asked the best buy worker if it would work for my straightener and he assured me it would. When I plugged it in to my straightener it blew it out. It also will stop charging my phone randomly, i went and bought a new charger to make sure it wasn't mine but the same issue happened! I would not recommend this item!

Can't know if it works until you travel

There is no way to check until you travel. I was out of the country longer than best buys 15 day return policy. They would not even exchange it for one that "might" work when I returned. Will not spend any more of my hard earned money with best buy.
