All the other features work fine, the CD player, radio, bluetooth, they're all fine. But the cassette player actually tore up two of our tapes when we tried to play them, and since that was the main reason we bought it, we just ended up returning it. Also the max volume isn't that loud. Overall, it's okay, just don't put your tapes in it.

We took it to a pop-up drive-in and were very pleased with the sound and volume inside the car. It takes 8 D-size batteries to run as a portable.

In fact, everyone said it was "the" gift this year. He is ten years old. His first ever Boombox and it was perfect. Family members were able to buy him CDs of a wide variety of artists to get him started on his own collection of music! Absolutely perfect present!!

This fits the bill. I agree that the cassette operational buttons can be a little stiff, but that isn't a problem. As far as sound, it is ok, as boomboxes go. As long as the volume isn't turned up way too high, it is fine. The price point is matched to the quality of the player. It is not a high end player and I didn't expect high end sound, so I am quite satisfied with the purchase.

Perfect Boombox at Best Buy

I needed a small player that would play CDs and Cassettes and fit on my kitchen cabinet. The sound quality of this little Boombox is amazing. It is easy to operate and the instructions are clear and exact. I am guessing this item will last at least 20 years!

I especially like that it allows one to play not only CDs but also Cassettes. The FM has great clear sound. It is easy to preset radio stations. The accompanying book's directions are really good. Also, I was impressed by the price, which was just under $80.00.

For the price it plays cds and has bluetooth which both worked fine. Tape player is NOT needed imo. But it works foe what she needed and didnt break the bank. Sound quality is good not great.
