Always best to use one of these straps to ensure you don’t fry your computer components due to static electric shock, Be sure not to be building, repairing, or setting your sensitive components on carpeting. Carpeting can quickly increase static electricity.

Should be required equipment for performing PC assembly and repair. Cord may be a little restrictive as it isn't super long, so you have to be careful where you connect to it, but otherwise it's secure and has served me well.

Bought this for a friend who I paid to build my computer. It works, can't be too careful when you are working with hundreds of dollars worth of parts. Cheap yes, but worth it to prevent static from frying your new hard drive.

This works. It's construction if fine and I recommend one if you like to build your own systems or simply need to open up and add things like RAM or extra SSD Drives. Worst thing you can do is fry your board by not remembering to discharge any excess static electricity before you mess inside your tower. So, this isn't expensive and it simply works. Just buy one for peace of mind.

Although not necessary,an ESD wrist band is a great thing to have when handling PC components or other delicate electronics to protect them from being damaged by static electricity.

This handy lil anti static wrist wrap made it quite easy to swap the battery in my MacBook Air. Easy to use and set up and my MB Air has been restored to its former glory.

Very secure connections make this invaluable as a safety measure while working on anything electronic. You t does take some getting used to but well worth it.

You definitely need this product if you work with electronics. You don't need to let static electricity ruin your equipment. It's a must have item.

When you want to insert your hardware into slots, you always want to make sure you have the right protection! No one wants a mistake, especially costly ones. I feel like after using this product I will not be surprised later down the road even nine months with a disfunctional item.

This is a great buy and great to have when working internally on pc. With not having a anti-static mat, i don't have to worry about zapping internal components.
