He informed me that this was a necessary tool in order for him to complete his task. He had one in the past, perhaps a different brand. This on seems to feel good regarding the price. I found that in order to get it connected to the ground prong in an outlet you need to detach the band from the band and put that part into the ground socket then clip the band to your alligator clip. It’s been workingood and has great reach
