I have a dead laptop destroyed by static electricity because I used a a broken wrist strap. SO, when I decided to build a new gaming box, I took to chances. Better to be safe than sorry...

Thought I needed it to build my first pc but it’s actually really hard to f up a pc with static. Get one if you want to waste money. Still giving it a good review because it probably won’t break and does what it’s made for I guess??
