The velcro strap is already ripping and it sits very awkwardly on the arm. It does fit my iPhone 5s at least.

I usually run and carry my phone. This leaves my hands free and I can even tuck money or gum in there. Love it!

Bought this as my daughter wanted to use her iPhone for her 5k. Only issue is that she had to place the phone upside down to use head phone jack. If both top and bottom had a spot for it, she would have loved it even more. Great quality and great for intended purpose as phone was snug inside the case with no movement.

i've used several arm bands; however, this one is what is was looking for!!!

It basically does what is advertised. My iPhone 5s fits in the case and I am able to use the touch screen through the front cover. However, I have two major problems with the product. First, then the phone is in the case, there is a fairly large opening at the slit where the phone slides in. It is on the underside, so it is protected from the elements (rain), but it's not protected from my sweat. When I get done with a long run, my phone is soaking wet - primarily in the area near the case opening. Second, the Velcro started to tear off in less than two weeks after I started using it. My "fix" was to first super glue the Velcro back to the arm band, then I hand stitched the Velcro on to the arm band. The Velcro seems to be holding up after my fix (about 3 week) - but it was pretty disappointing that it fell apart so quickly. I'm currently looking for a replacement band, but limping along with this one until I find a replacement I'm happy with.
