The Insignia turntable is a very good value that includes an adjustable tonearm with it's static counterbalance weight and it supports Bluetooth. Also, having a unique headphone jack is a nice touch for private listening. Speed accuracy is very good and confirmed by online test results. Providing a second belt as a back-up is appreciated. Manual operation requires some care in playing records. However, the platter will stop spinning at the end of the record which is a trade-off versus more expensive fully automatic models. Having the Audio Technica AT3600 cartridge with it's conical shaped stylus enables an easy upgrade by purchasing and installing a compatible elliptical stylus that's readily available online. Although the headshell is not removable, doing the stylus upgrade has benefits and there is no need to mount and make adjustments for a new cartridge. As an entry level turntable the Insignia appears to be a real sleeper offering exceptional performance for the money. And by adding the low-cost 4 year extended warranty from the Geek Squad it's a very cost-effective package compared to higher priced turntables. Great way to start playing vinyl records and enjoying their sound.

Overall this is a great turntable! The adjustible counter weight comes in handy. It looks great and the materials do not look plastic or cheap. The sound coming from the Audio-technica Stylus is wonderful. For convenience, I connected it to a Bluetooth sound bar and it connected quick and easy.

This is an upgrade to my daughter's 'suitcase player'. Insignia might not be considered 'the brand' but the product can't be beat and the nicest entry turntable in the price range. The first one shipped to me had some issues which BB quickly sent a replacement; excellent customer service. The cartridge, Bluetooth out, phono pre-amp and tome arm adjustment move it to the top of he list. It's straight forward and quick to set up even including my extra tweaking of the tonearm shell and tracking force. One note is that the platter stops and the tone arm stays in the center of the album at the end. You manually return it back to the cueing stand. It plays well and sounds good too. I'm very impressed and think it's worth a try. Insignia should work on their quality and end of line inspection though.

Not a fancy turntable by any means, but for the price, I think it is great. I have a lot of vinyl from the 70’s and 80’s and they sound great on this player. Set up was easy. My albums have new life! Recommended.

If you're looking for a quality entry level turn table, look no further. The only thing this doesn't offer is an automatic playback system- but for the price (especially when on sale!) it's simply unbeatable. You could upgrade the felt mat to acrylic, install a much nicer cartridge or simply put on a custom elliptical stylus, and still come out far cheaper than the Audio Technica AT-LP60. On top of it being a great value, it has a built in headphone amp (amazing), and bluetooth (if that's something you want to use). You can certainly get a better turntable by spending a lot more money, but for the price, this is incredible.

Bought this on sale at half off. Was trying to set the tracking force on my grandsons cheap crosley tt. 5.78 grams had to tape 3 quarters together and hang them behind the tonearm just to get to slightly 3 grams with a stylus force scale. I believe he was ruining his collection of lps. So I gave this to him today. While he was out I unboxed setup stylus and hooked it up. I couldn't be more pleased. The only thing that I would change is put on a better quality cartridge. In all fairness I knew what it was and how it would possibly sound before hand. The good: cartridge is adequate bluetooth and headphone jack are a great feature. But the best for him is the auto stop! Now the bad part, the headshell is non removable making replacement more difficult but not impossible the tracking adjustment is a little weird but works. The items description says it's a semiautomatic turntable it's not it just stops at records end I knew this though. In closing anyone who is in the market for an inexpensive turntable even at the 130.00 price point can't go wrong with the features per price ratio. I wholeheartedly would recommend this to younger near teens and anyone else looking to venture into the analog bliss of vinyl sound.

ok,I have been looking for turn table player for over 5 months doing my research , I was looking for budget vs quality and after buy and test over 10 turn table ranged from $180 to $60,I found out this is the only one does semi automatic stop! which is a great option, I am not fan of converting songs to mp3 if I want mp3 what is the point of buying turn table !! any way this turn table is great easy to use, very clean design, also and this is very important and it was a big reason of return all other turn tables ,the Bluetooth connection to the soundbar, this one is the only one connected easily to my sound bar others just keep searching and they were a big brands!!!

Great turntable especially for the price! Haven’t had any issues with skipping like I’ve heard people say about the suitcase variety. Bluetooth connects seamlessly and sound quality is great! If you’re looking to purchase a turntable look no further

I purchased this as a re-entry into vinyl and so far it's been great. The sound quality is great. It has features I expect on higher-end turntables like a counterweight and an upgradable stylus. The Bluetooth connectivity allows me to connect directly to the speakers. I highly recommend this.

The Insignia turntable has features that some companies want you to spend $400+ to get on their models. This turntable includes them and make it an incredible value. Easy to setup, connect, and play. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the sound and the ability to adjust counterweight and anti-skate to give the best experience. There is no indication on the face of the turntable to tell others the brand. The only logo is the matte for the turntable, and it can be reversed if preferred. In all this is an exceptional value and will please all but the most intense audiophiles. I haven’t played vinyl in 35 years and I got a stupid grin on my face that came from dropping the needle on the vinyl after three-plus decades.

Absolutely phenomenal deal for the money! Wife wanted a turntable that could connect to our Bose Ultra soundbar via Bluetooth. Bought this on a whim and have nothing but praise for it. Easy to setup/connect and sounds great!

For the price this is a very good turntable. It paired easily to my blue tooth speakers. It sounds very crisp and distortion free at most loudness levels. The adjustible counterweight and antiskate control along with the ability to replace the cartridge originally sold me on the purchase. It also sounded excellent when it was connected to my receiver. A real plus.

Extremely happy with this turnable works very well with my 1981 SA- 103 Technics receiver setup I have. What matter to me as that it came with audio Technica magnetic cartridge and spare belt and cables . The price is just right. I grew up in 1970 . My older lps are great along with the new 180 grams LP too. Very easy to use and having fun again.

Very good turntable for the money. It does not have high end sound, however I was surprised how good my vinyl sounds on it. It is solid built with thick plastic, moving magnet cartridge, die-cast aluminum platter, and it’s Bluetooth that connected to my Sony Bluetooth headphones. This is not a turntable for the serious audiophile and cannot compete with the likes of Denon or Technics but for the day to day, it’s fine.

I picked this up on sale for $60 as a first turntable for my son. If you are looking for an inexpensive gateway into vinyl, this is worthy of consideration. You just don't see turntables with counterweights and decent cartridges at that price! The sound is pretty decent (though I've yet to hook it up to a more serious system!) and my son likes that he can listen to it through his wireless headphones. (Honestly...if I wasted any money it was on the powered speakers he never uses!) Way better option than the suitcase models I've seen out there...unless having a handle is super important to you!

This was an easy to set up turntable with all the parts necessary inside. After playing records while owning it for 2 years, I haven’t had any issues with it. Haven’t noticed any scratches on any albums either. The only annoying thing is pairing it with a speaker that’s not dedicated to use with the turntable. I use one that I also connect to my phone sometimes, so switching the source to pair to (speaker, headphones) isn’t the easiest, but once they’re paired the first time it gets better. I do find that I have to turn off Bluetooth on my other devices first (phone, laptop). It does have an “output” jack so I could even plug in my wired headphones for great sound. I bought this on sale for just over 50% off, but it’s still worth it at full price, especially compared to other pricy record players and cheaper ones that have a history of scratching records and can’t be closed all the way while one is spinning.

My experience with this turntable started out mostly positive, but after a few months of use, there were a few quirks that put it into a lower rating. Pros: - AT3600L cartridge - Counterweight and anti-skate - 33/45 switch without a belt change - Easy to pair bluetooth Cons: - Sometimes the arm doesn't drop until you give it a little shove (soft drop mechanism seems to jam) - Platter gets confused and doesn't spin up when the arm is out of the arm rest. Requires a few tries of powering off and on to get it to snap out of it. With that said, at a discounted price, it's still a decent turntable and a huge upgrade over a suitcase type turntable.

Sound quality is good and it has a decent number of features like built-in phono amp and Bluetooth. But the build quality of certain components like the head-shell of the tone arm, and the latch on the tone arm and the mechanism to lift and lower the tone are flimsy. Also the motor and drive seem noisy, and stiffness of the platter mat can raise up the records. Overall
