I purchased this after purchasing a much more expensive one from another company that i returned. This one fit the bill. Great sound, easy to operate and tunes into radio channels very well. CD sound is good too. You can detach the cord and if you wish to use batteries the cord is not in the way. Would definitely purchase again. Nice looking too.

Was pretty nervous about the boombox but it's actually not that bad & bumps really loud in my house.

My wife was wanting a CD player for her "craft" room so she could listen to her CDs whilst working. Since we have stereo equipment in our bedroom and living room, I wanted something fairly inexpensive yet also had decent sound quality. I found just the thing in the Insignia CD boombox. It was significantly cheaper than other models, yet had excellent sound quality for the price. She's happy, so I'm happy.

My husband was looking for a small, portable radio to listen to the Braves games while he was working around the house. It's almost impossible to find a small AM/FM radio these days!!! This one works very well and is the right size ~ truly portable. Thanks for stocking a product like this for old timers that enjoy listening to ball games on the radio when they are outside!

I recently purchased the Insignia CD Boombox. This is the second one I have purchased. The Boombox works well and was reasonably priced. I could recommend anyone buying one who needs a reasonably priced Boombox to use. It is easy to use and there is no skipping of the CD after I turn it on.

I like this CD player and have used it quite a bit since buying it. It isn't quite as easy as I'd hoped to dial the radio, but overall I'm happy with it.

Ive been looking for a handy CD player with radio on it since I have small place to live. this cd player fits my style. Its hand and easy to play. Sound is good too.

I have been searching for a good quality table size AM-FM receiver with a built in CD player and appear to gave found it with this Sony player. The sound quality is pretty half decent and the CD player works a lot better than the cd/AM/FM player that I had before. My only disappointment is that it does not have a clock to tell me the time. Otherwise it fits the bill.

This is a nice little boom box with a nice sound, and at a reasonable price. Wanted something portable to play all my CDs that I had accumulated over the years. My only complaint is that the selection buttons are hard to read.

My granddaughters love this boombox. It was priced very well and is a great size for their room.

So far the box has been great. A very good sound system. I am pleased with my purchase.

For a small CD player it delivers a big sound for a little. The size is perfect and you fit it anyway. And with it easily goes anywhere with the batteries
