I have an aftermarket headset that is heavier than the standard headset and it is a pain to have to take it apart all the time. If I would have known I probably would have kept shopping around for a better stand.

We had the Meta 2 and son decided to upgrade to the 3.

It doesn't take up a great deal of room, and it keeps by Meta Quest charging to it's ready to go when I'm ready. It charges up quickly and once the light is green it's good to go.

Excellent Dock for Quest 3

Works as advertised. Only a few things that keeps it from being 5-stars for me. Any aftermarket headstrap like BoboVR S3 won't work well with this dock because of it's size and weight. Secondly, TPU protective covers for the controllers won't work either. Can only use strap type attachments. Other than that, this is a good buy if you're not willing to get the Meta official dock.

No Regrets

The batteries charge in a reasonable amount of time and hold a charge well. The head unit fits according and charges at roughly the same pace. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase and glad that I didn’t spend thee additional funds on the Meta dock with no rechargeable batteries in the hand controls.

Many different facial interfaces interfere with the headset being able to charge correctly. The controllers are easy to charge and batteries seem to hold a charge for a good while.

Buy this if you have the battery comfort strap

I couldn't get a good contact with the headset because of the angle that the headstrap pushes the headset to in relation to the contacts on the quest. However these ones work great! 1/2 the price to boot. I can see no reason to not buy these instead.

If you have the Quest strap with a battery pack it is a bit of a balancing act and putting something under the rear head support keeps it level and charging otherwise it leans back and pulls off the charging port.
