The charge it does hold is rapidly deteriorating. I charged it in full before the first use, just as the directions state, and it has been a complete failure. I have gotten zero full charges out of this and will be looking to return it if possible after owning it for less than 3 weeks.

The charging part is either hit or miss. For the most part, It will charge your headset for a little while, then stop charging for no reason. Once in a blue moon, it will work as advertised. Very bad product. Do not buy!

Can't tell you why, as I thought it was s simple pass through cable from the outside of the case to a dongle on the inside. I use it to store my item but no longer to charge it.
