Purchased this case to hold my toshiba canvio portable hard drive. It is a sturdy, hard shell case that holds my drive & cable perfectly. It comes with a carrying strap as well but I have not used it. Well worth the purchase amount & am very pleased!

Its very fast and compact, the software is very primitive though.

I needed to protect a Western Digital 2TB external drive and this does the trick. The shell doesn't compare to something like a Pelican case but it's far more portable and provides the protection that I expect and need.

This product protects my portable hard drive to keep my data and pictures safe when traveling. I have lost valuable data from computer HD melt down so purchased a wd drive. This case gives me peace of mind that my drive will be protected when traveling.

This is the perfect solution for transporting a small external hard drive. I got the WD Easystore 2TB External 3.0 Portable Hard Drive, and this case is and excellent match. It is light weight and small, but also sturdy and durable. I love it.

The case itself is really sturdy and clean looking, and the pouch adjacent to the portable USB storage is large enough to store the connecter cord, earbuds, a small USB drive and my stylus pen. PERFECT!!! I use this case with a WD mypassport HD

I bought this to protect a 4TB Seagate external HD and I'm very happy with it. It's a little bigger than the hard disk itself but there is an elastic band to hold it in place. There's also room for the USB cable, which is nice.

I bought this to carry my Toshiba portable external hard drive. The hard drive fits perfectly and has a small pouch to hold the cord and maybe a flash drive or two. It's sturdy and lightweight. I am very happy with this purchase.

Priced right, this hard case is great for a portable hard drive. Since my portable hard drive travels with me a lot, I wanted to have the security of knowing that I could count on the hard case to protect my drive.

I bought this when I bought my WD Ultra Passport Drive to keep it safe from damage. It has plenty of room for the drive and 2 USB cables - one 18 inch short and one 6 foot extension.

Is hard outside, inside has 2 compartments. One for the hard drive and the other for the cable. Size is perfect (not big) and can fit many sizes of different brands

This does exactly what it is supposed to do. It is a nice case for a portable hard drive. It offers no frills or extras, it is simply a nice looking case to put a hard drive in.

Have occasionally been suspicious of the Insignia brand, but this little case works. Using it to protect a Seagate 4TB portable drive. Drive fits in easily. No problems.

Good case, use it with my 2TB portable Seagate drive. Protects the drive, stores the cable and has a little extra room for a few USB thumb drives.

It does my what its suppose to do, no problems. Seems sturdy enough to care for what's inside if dropped. Keeps dust from gathering. Buy it

This is a nice professional looking basic zip-up case that does it's job. There are other cases out on the market in this price range that provide much better protection for external HDD's. However if you're looking for a case to carry smaller items such as thumb drives, SD cards, & cables this will work great.

I have many flashdrives floating around in my purse. Couldn't find dedicated storage for them, but this portable hard drive case makes a great alternative.

I was looking for something to protect my portable drive that was a little more than the normal nylon pouches that are out there and this does the trick. It's a semi-hard case meaning that it's not a hard plastic or metal shell but more of a firm leather type of material. My 2.5" Toshiba drive and cable fit with room to spare and the cable net and drive band work nicely. Fully zippered all around and fits in my laptop bag right next to the power adapter. I'm so glad I spent just a couple dollars more over those nylon only cases.
