Feels very solid, well-built. Connectors are tight and sure, and video quality is top-notch.

Its just a cable, but really its not just a cable. SO i just needed something to hook up a monitor to my graphics card, my first choice would have been to go with the best buy house brand (which is actually much cheaper if youre just looking for a cord) it dosnt do anything more than covert HDMI to displayport, but really the quality is superb, the feel of the cable is actually quite nice, it feels sturdy like something you can buy once and have it for life, and tho i know it is just a cord, i bet you ill never need to buy another one again, the packaging is also quite nice for just a cord and i do feel the need to reiterate that point quite a bit because its really nothing super impressive, no new technologies at all infact the brand while still a major brand isnt even as good as it once was (in my opinion) but this product stands out, it is a bit short but you really dont need to go too far to convert an HDMI to display especially since the longer the cable the more issues (generally after 50 feet), but why did i mark off a star, mostly for value tho it is a good cable, how much could it really cost to manufacture this, even with designers in mind and other employees that worked to get this on the shelves, but the biggest issue i had is that even though its a display port adapter, it dosnt hold in like a display port should, it feels really good, and if you dont have a cat youll probably never notice at all

This adapter was the perfect solution for me to plug in 2 monitors to my new HP desktop tower that only had 1 HDMI and 1 Display Port plug. I tried using a HDMI splitter plugged into a USB-A plug but it was glitchy. Using this adapter allowed me to plug each monitor into their own video plug and the monitor performance is now seamless.

Works perfect if you need to convert Displayport to HDMI 2.0 (4K @ 60hz max... if you need 120hz this will not work). I'm using this with an LG A2 48" screen and my PC.

I dont own anything with a display port. I just like to buy adaptors...mmmmmmm adaptors. Last week I found my self in a smoke filled room. Old men milling around trying to figure out how to get a laptop on a projector. It turns out I was able help them with this adapter I had in my back pocket. Billionaires could get back to telling each other how wonderful they are. The story you just read is untrue, but the cable does work perfectly.

Great if you have multiple monitors without DisplayPort and your GPU only has one HDMI port

This review is misleading. I needed a USB-C male to HDMI female adapter and I mistakenly bought this one It looks to be of good quality and the USB-C to HDMI adapter I finally bought worked flawlessly. I have never used this adapter but it looks like it will work just like the USB-C version. I didn't know how to rate it since I haven't used it :-)

One of the monitors at our train club computer died, and so we bought new ones. The computer had one HDMI port and 3 DisplayPorts. This adapter let us connect both new monitors easily.

Worked great. Helped me to connect an extra monitor to my system via HDMI, when I didn't have any HDMI ports to use. Makes life easier.

What can I say other than this adapter did exactly what it was advertised to do. It was also a lot cheaper than buying a full fledged cable to do the same thing.

This item was great! I literally needed them to connect external speakers to the monitors for TEAMS calls! It did not affect the sound quality and actually was the perfect size for what I needed to accomplish!

This product is literally plug and play if you have a setup that works primarily with hdmi but only have a display port on your monitor it's a perfect adapter.
