I like the charger. It's compact and fits easily on the table. The charger works great and has so far been used daily keeping controllers charged for hours of enjoyment playing games.

I was in the market for a good rechargeable set of batteries for my xbox one controllers, and happened across this. So far they have held a good charge, but I have a couple of complaints regarding the base as well as the battery packs. The battery packs are quite snug in the back of the controller, to the point where they feel like the door to the batteries doesn't feel like it is seated all the way in. I have tried multiple ways, and it still feels like it is too large to fit the door on as it should be. The cradle feels like it could be reinforced a bit, or at least have a bit more heft to it, as it seems to move around a lot while you are taking the controllers off. They show that you should hold the base while you are taking them off, but I feel that I should be using both hands to take the controller off given that the charging piece on the cradle is just the small micro USB male connector. Overall, its functional for my needs, but I will definitely be in the market for a newer design that gives me a better overall experience.

I picked this up while I was in the store. I was looking for a new remote charger and this does the job. It charges and comes with re-chargable batteries. The only gripe is, that it charges through the USB port on the top of the controller. This can make it difficult to dock when you're ready to charge them. On the other hand it is not finicky like those bottom charging docs.

Had to adjust the ports a little but rather then that, controllers fit great, charges no problem and very reasonable price. Extremely happy with our purchase.
