Can’t be beat for the price! Excellent materials and feels like it can withstand some drops. So far it’s been one of my favorite cases and I go through several different ones every month or so as I like to change looks, textures, and depending on events or mood. I have always gravitated towards something thats is easy to slide into pockets (so not silicone), for winter I prefer canvas or suede and for summer I prefer leather or plastic. This case is like all season tires and can suit any occasion! I bought this one because it was one of the cheapest in the store and I just needed something quick until a fancier one ships, but I was so impressed that I haven’t felt the need to get another one just yet. I do like the fact that you don’t really need a screen protector because it’s a bit raised face-side. Downside is that is that it is a bit of a fingerprint magnet.

Needed a case to support an in store pickup of an S22 and this seemed to be a good solution at a reasonable price. I liked the inner soft protector combined with the hard shell as this type of case has been what I have used before. There isn't any protection for the bottom ports area but the corners are protected and it's unlikely to get a direct hit in that area. I tried a different case from another online store but actually prefer this one and am keeping this one. It has proven effective already.

Lightweight and durable case. Not too bulky and definitely does the job. Would definitely recommend if you want to protect your phone but still have your phone look stylish.

This case is remarkable. It is holding up more than I could have imagined with all the handling and wiping with disinfectant cloths.

For my review of this Insignia Dual-Layer Protective Phone Case for Samsung Galaxy S22, I give it 3 out of 5 stars. Overall, this case does provide some protection along the edges of the phone, but fails to wrap around the bottom, exposing the phone to potential damage from drops. The edges of the case are raised to prevent screen and camera lens damage/scratches by sliding across a flat surface. I do not perform drop tests of my personal phone on cases, so I'll have to take the word of Insignia it protects falls up to 10-feet. The outer soft-shell of the case provides excellent grip and use of all the phone buttons. However, having this soft-shell outer case makes this a fingerprint and smudge magnet which is major pet peeve of mine. In summary, this is a good case, will help protect from drops, but it lacks wrap around coverage on the bottom and is a fingerprint and smudge magnet and for those reason I have deducted two stars in my rating. I hope this review helps you in the potential purchase of this product.

Interesting case in that it's really two separate cases, a soft rubber case and a second hardshell plastic case that goes over the inner case. The dual layer provides some cushioning from the rubber inner and a hard outer shell. The edges are raised to protect the lenses & screen as well. The whole package is still pretty slim, better than a lot of more expensive cases. The downside is that the inner case doesn't fit snugly enough to be used by itself and the outer hard case doesn't really provide a grippy surface

I like this case. I bought it as an initial case until I could decide on a permanent one. I think I will keep this one. It takes a little maneuvering to get it on correctly. One corner seemed to be fitting loosely until I got it right. Put the whole top of your phone in and work your way to putting the bottom in the case. The soft layer is exposed on the sides of the case and has grip to make it easy to hold. The hard layer is soft to the touch, not just hard slippery plastic, so it feels nice in your hand.

I recently replaced my old smartphone and did not want to overspend on accessories. This case provides good basic protection at an affordable price. Putting the outermost rubberized (case) layer on did take more effort than expected, but not enough hassle to warrant a return.

Good for the value. Thick enough to protect the phone, but thin enough for wireless charging. It isn't an Otterbox, but if you need a case on the spot, it is a good choice.

It's a great option, decent protection and slim. Down sides are the soft sides let dirt and crumbs in, back side is a bit of a fingerprint magnet but it does clean easy.

Good protective case. Would give it 5 stars if it was a little easier to remove and put back on as needed. The rubber is grippy and helps keep from sliding

This case was perfect for the price. Usually get the otter box commuter but this one was affordable and gave me the slim feel i wanted.

Only had this case for a few weeks, but it appears to be as good as the much more expensive options. Good value for the price.

Great case! Fits snug and gives you a good grip on the phone. Doesn't show fingerprint marks like a sleek cover does.

This case is very good for basic protection and to keep a good grip on your phone.

I don't know what it is with smartphone makers, but their phones are really slippery. The Insignia Dual-Layer Protective Phone Case solves that problem wonderfully, and at a reasonable price. It was a little tricky getting both layers on the phone, but once I did, I no longer had to worry about my phone slipping out of my hand.
