Came with good products except one of the tools didn’t fit it

Everything is good just not brand name. They do the same brand name.

Tightening bolt on suction cup mount would not fully tighten and then broke right out of the box. Pole and mini tripod were also of low quality. Disappointed as I have always had good luck with Insignia brand products. Would not recommend.

But I just use the head gear and I don't use the other parts yet.

I was going to buy individual gorpor products, but this set ended up being much cheaper! All of the items work great!

This product contains a suction cup mount, it does not work at all!!! I put it on my car and drove around my neighborhood and it fell off into traffic and got crushed...

Had to exchange head mount. Got home then I found that the selfie stick not good. Have to go for another exchange. Not too happy about it but they did exchange my headmount. We’ll have to see about exchanging the selfiestick

I was excited about getting so many useful tools at a reasonable cost. Great quality too! Everything fits the GoPro Hero4 Silver like a glove. I've yet to try everything - but so far the underwater handle, the tripod adapter, and the head strap worked very well.

I bought an open box and should have known. Then hand held one with the extension was broken at the tip and I was missing several screws to attach the camera to the piece. Live and learn with best buy. $55 bucks down the drain.

The tripod broke on first use..everything else okay...

I was happy about the product because I can finally use my gopro hero 7 with a lot of activities! Unfortunately the tripod broke after 4 use and we were at a vacation when it happen. The rest, I hope they’ll be okay.

Good stuff, but pretty pricey. Rated lower because BB wouldn't ad-match to the identical kit they sell online, which is still their own brand, but goes by a different name and sells for half the price. I would recommend buying it online instead.

we got this for a D.R. vacation everything was good at first nice clear videos and we were looking forward to using the underwater features unfortunately when my daughter started snorkeling the camera shut off, then once on the boat water came out of the camera and after drying never worked another vacationer said that happened to them too on there first camera. to compound the situation when i returned the camera to best buy the sales associate said i waited to long to return it and gave me a gift card for the amount but refused to take the charge off my BB credit card, so i'm still paying for a returned item...

Purchased this kit for my son for Christmas. He open the box a month after Christmas to use for the first time and the top of the Exendable monopod pole was cracked and broken. Called Best Buy they would not replace as it was past 30 days, recommended to contact Insignia. Insignia said BB needs to address and replace. Back and forth to both and 6 long wait time phone calls with both companies and neither will help replace this simple product. The customer service is horrific! I will never purchase any further product from BB or Insignia.

So far this set has been great. I bought an off brand Gopro camera for a dash cam while driving semi and everything in this kit has been up to par for use outside the truck. I would recommend it anyone who has a similar cam like the Gopro.

I was thrilled to buy this set during Black Friday sale, especially since so many reviews were positive. But when the box arrived, I opened it up to find a broken item. Upon inspection, it was easy to see why the damage occurred. The parts are cheap plastic, not well reinforced. (I ended up purchasing the OEM items directly from GoPro, and the difference is night and day. The GoPro parts are strong and robust. They also have a better cosmetic appearance.) This kit from Best Buy is only a good deal if you’re willing to sacrifice quality.

Very cheap quality which I guess I should’ve known but it was worse than I would’ve thought wasn’t worth returning but definitely wouldn’t purchase or recommend.

Very disappointed Bought this kit to use it on our adventures to Hawaii, I opened the box and tried to mount the handler to my GoPro to use it in the forest and waterfall and guess what, handler Broke immediately when I snapped it to my GoPro, feels so bad when you plan and suddenly something like this happens However the quality of this product suprises me how BestBuy (a good reputation electronics store) sells this product

Cheap kit at a low price. Get the Go Pro accessories. Cost more but worth it.
