This screen protector is good for protection. That’s it. Unfortunately it covers the top camera for FaceTime and face unlock. I ended up returning because face ID is so much more important to me, that just the functionality of the screen protector.

Hinders the Face ID. The eye gets covered by the protector. Difficult to apply. Returned it immediately. Not satisfied. If you don’t want to use the Face ID, then this would be an ok screen protector. The price was great (marked down, maybe because of the poor reviews).

This is a great screen protector and is solid... one caveat I have is how easily they pick up dust when you put it on... be very careful and in a controlled environment to ensure you have a clean installation.

I love the protection for my iPad screen but I can no longer use my keyboard as before. I have to use a pencil end so I can type hard enough to get through the screen protector. I will have to get a new case with a keyboard in it now.

This is a great screen protector, very smooth and does the job of making me feel safer not having to worry about my screen.
For those who say that is messed up the Face ID if you just reset your Face ID after you put it on it works perfectly.

I cracked the screen of my last iPad so this time I made sure to get a screen protector. I haven’t had it long to see full benefits but so far it works great

If you read thru and follow the directions to a T you will be happy with this product. Do not skip steps or try to reinvent the wheel. Feel confident in the protection it provides.

I’m not sure if its the screen protector or the sensitivity of the pencil. I bought the new iPad Pro, got the pencil starting writing and loved it. I was anxiously waiting for a screen protector. Best Buy finally had one so I bought it. Now i really have to touch hard or write with force in order to use my pencil. So annoying. My last ipad, pencil, screen protector didnt do this

Very nice screen protector. It does not work with Face ID. The Best Buy store tried replacing it multiple times. It would not work with Face ID. If you buy this, you will have to cut a little hole for the sensors. Poor engineering by insignia.

The protector itself is very sturdy and near smudge resistant. I only gave four stars because no screen protector is worth the $50 I spent. I would happily pay $20 for this but everyone (not just Best Buy) overcharged due to supply and demand. Other than that, great item and I do recommend.

This is a great alternative since Zagg has yet to produce a 11" iPad pro screen protector. I got this so I could close that fear of scratching the screen accidentally. I took one star off because I think it would be great of Insignia (Best Buy brand) to offer the same replacement deal as Zagg but do it in house.

Bought this today for my iPad Pro 11”. This was the only screen protector available. Installed it on my iPad and face recognition no longer works. Poor design! Going back for a refund! DO NOT BUY!

As some have stated, this protector covers the facial recognition cameras so facial recognition does not work. It is annoying because the Ipad complains about it. Tried to modify the screen protector and it cracked and the touch screen would fail in areas after that. Finally just ripped it off and threw it in the trash. If they could fix the facial recognition I would give it 4-5 stars.

I had this applied by the Geek Squad and it was well worth it. I have the added security on my new iPad Pro, and it is hard to see that anything is there.

This product does not conduct the touches on a iPad as other products do. Routinely have to touch the device two or three times to get the desired command effect. Pay a little more and obtain a more recognized brand.

I was excited to find a glass protector for my new iPad Pro. However, this one doesn't work because, as others have stated, it covers the camera which deals with facial recognition. That was one of the main reasons I upgraded to this new iPad and no facial recognition is a deal breaker for me. Wish I'd read reviews first, but this is going back.
