    This adaptor now allows us to use a Travel iron purchased from Amazon that came from China!

    It’s what you paid for. I go on business travel in China quite often, around once every quarter and guess what? They have the funky/weird outlets. If you want power abroad, converters like this is your best friend. Seeing as I only use this on a travel basis, it didn’t make sense to invest into a heavy duty one, so the in store insignia one is what I got. It gets the job done and hasn’t failed me yet.

    My wife and I always need these for travel, and they seem to stop working around within 5 to 8 months. I learned that, the more options these things have on them, the less they last for. We need something that lasts and this was it. No USB, lights or other gadgets. We still use it today, it has outlasted any that we have ever bought.
