This high-quality Insignia Wall Charged saved my life. I'm from Brazil and brought my two PCs with charges, however, our plugs are different than the ones here in the US. So, I'm glad I found this wall charger, otherwise, I would need to purchase new charges which cost much more.

I bought this item to convert European type plugs into US type plugs. It is a high quality product. Plus it comes with 2 additional USB charger place. For the price you pay you get a good quality product in my opinion.

It takes up very low space and this is an advantage for me. I have an old laptop that I really like that and of course I need this device to power it and it helped me a lot.

We lost our adapter purchased in Australia to allow our Aussie-bought laptop to charge on a US outlet. Options are scarce within the US; most universal adapters are either super expensive or you have to choose from cheap, poor quality generic garbage from Amazon (most of which are actually unsafe/dangerous due to their poor construction. Very happy to find this one, it's a solid unit and allows the laptop and other USB charged devices to charge with no problems. No noticeable overheating issues or anything like that. Seems very well made, and at a reasonable price. Purchased an "open box" item and it came in the box with everything that it's supposed to contain; looks brand new.

Helped save me when I tavelled overseas and needed to charge my appliances. Not too difficult to figure out. Appliance pins fit intoadapter with some adjusting.

so this item did its indeed purpose and is alot smaller then it looks its really small which I dont mind but im taking off stars because one usb c port would have been nice but more importantly it gets really hot. I had 2 of them never any burning smells or anything but they get really hot almost as to them being able to cause some injury and I think that has to do with the size. would I buy this again yes but barely I wouldn't plug even like my laptop in or do it long term for maybe a little bit or phones and things are fine but the travel adapters are way better

It works at a basic adapter but has one discrepancy regarding what it advertises and what it actually does. This is a "grounded" adapter since it has a pin to ground when plugged into a US wall socket. This falls apart when you plug in any European appliance since they don't have a ground pin that plugs in from the appliance but rather the ground pin sticks out from the socket and sticks into the appliance plug. Either that or they have grounding rails that run along the interior of an inset socket. This adapter will power your European device but will not ground it. The other thing I'm not a fan of with this is that it's not a very snug connection. It doesn't take to much effort for something plugged in to wiggle loose. The USB chargers seem to work fine.

I travel abroad pretty regularly where I use UK style electric outlets. I was looking for an adapter that I can use for my laptop charger here in the US. It’s perfect for my use, quality is great it fits perfectly and feels sturdy. I recommend this item.
