Think of your heal standing on a pice of uncooked rice... nothing really at first, but the longer it rests there, the more it starts to be uncomfortable. Not sure what the intent is of these raised lines, maybe to give some space between the counter/table and the camera lenses? Returned the very next day.

During the Warranty Period, if the original manufacture of the material or workmanship of the Product is determined to be defective by an authorized Insignia repair center or store personnel, Insignia will (at its sole option): (1) repair the Product with new or rebuilt parts; or (2) replace the Product at no charge with new or rebuilt comparable products or parts. Looks Nice, Thin, Buttons Don’t Work

Didn’t even fit my case. Waste of 20 bucks been working and too busy to take it back. Wont ever buy anything from Best Buy again not trustworthy.

The back also pulls oils from your fingers that don’t wipe off easily. And it’s slicker than I would’ve hoped. All around garbage.
