The case is sturdy, fits the phone like a glove. It’s soft to touch and easy to hold. Clear case makes it look almost non-existent. The buttons have access and the case doesn’t hinder the use of the volume, on/off and other buttons. I had an insignia case for my older phone and liked it, will continue buying insignia cases for future phones too

I’m actually super impressed by it. I bought it the day the iPhone 17 came out as I just needed a case. I didn’t expect to like it so much. I was coming from a slim otter box case so expected this to not be as good as that but I actually like it more. I got it originally as a temporary case but for my needs I think it works perfect and I’ll prob just keep using it.

It’s a solid, non-flimsy case that feels really strong. It doesn’t work perfectly with MagSafe, but I love that it lets me see my phone’s color.

Do not be like me! Purchase your case BEFORE you buy your phone. This case is comparable to Five Below’s, maybe a tad sturdier. It does not work with (my) magnetic charger, which it says it does in the description. Again Five Below’s have cases that are MagSafe compatible. $15 is insane, but I guess they know what they are doing ;)

As it claimed it did not survived corner fraction and directly broke my original screen.

I bought the Insignia Hard Shell Case for the iPhone 17 because I needed something tough to protect my phone, and it definitely does the job. If you want something that keeps your phone safe and look nice, this is a really solid choice. Here is exactly what I like and dislike about it after using it: The Good Stuff (Why I Like It) • Super Strong: It feels like a little shield for the phone. I dropped my phone on the kitchen floor, and nothing broke. It is very tough. • Looks Nice and Clean: The case is clear, so you can still see the actual color of the iPhone 17 underneath. It doesn't look bulky or ugly. • Good Grip: The sides are smooth but not slippery, so it stays in my hand easily. The Not-So-Good Stuff (Why I Dislike It) • It is Hard to Put On: This case is very stiff. It took a lot of pushing and squeezing just to get my phone inside it. • Almost Impossible to Take Off: If you like to change your phone cases often, beware! Taking this case off feels like a workout. It grips the phone so tightly that I was worried I might bend something trying to pry it away. The Verdict If you want to put a case on your iPhone 17 and leave it there forever, this is perfect. It will keep your phone totally safe. But if you like to take your case off all the time to clean it or swap colors, the stiffness might frustrate you!

Good price and covers the device well, but the edges are a bit too flexible so way too much dust and debris gets in easily and accumulates under the inside of the back of the case. If you need something affordable to tide over for a bit, it’s a decent value. Otherwise, you may want to look for a case with a tighter seal around the edges of the phone.
