It has both a raised protective ridge around the camera, but also small "legs" on the other back corners. These work very well to protect the phone. The reason this is not a 5-star review is that the phone gets really hot when wireless charging in the case. The phone automatically stops charging when it gets too hot, which unfortunately is common. When possible I use the USB cable to avoid overheating.

I really like that it has three raised edges on each corner on the back of the phone and the camera bezel is slightly raised to prevent any scratches from occurring to the getting bigger and bigger camera lenses on the phone lol. I recommend it!

Excellent Protective Phone Case

The corner edges are built to keep the Phone balanced while it’s set down which was well thought of to balance with the camera’s lens that protrudes out more than the last models.

Those legs also help the phone stay flat on a table so I like that aspect as well. Unfortunately they do make it kind of difficult to take it out of your pocket, but that seems to be the only downside to this phone case.
