Great product. I dropped my phone multiple times and this product gives it 100% protection.

The Samsung Note20 Ultra Insignia phone case from Best Buy is a great product.

I only had this case a few days and the back started cracking and peeling. I thought maybe there was a film that I suppose to take off, but theres no film , its the case . I am only giving it one star , because it was only 12 plus tax. I would not recommend this case.

Ok, I don't know what they consider hardshell, but I wouldn't call it a hardshell case. The back is fairly stiff, but there's still plenty of flex on the sides to allow them to wrap around the phone which you need obviously in order to get it on the phone. I'd say this case is semi-rigid, which is ok, but I don't think it's a hardshell like you'd expect from an Otterbox for instance. It has a good feel, decent grip, and is pretty minimalistic without sacrificing too much protection. I've dropped my phone a couple times onto hard surfaces, including concrete from a couple feet high and it stayed on phone without issue and seemed to protect it well with the raised edges along top and bottom of case. The back has a nice raised lip around the camera lens to help protect it. How much protection it offers the raised camera lens is questionable...I don't know. It also has raised points towards bottom of the back that equal the height of the raised lip around the camera so the phone doesn't rock due to the protruding camera lens if you place it on a table on its back which is a great idea. The buttons along the edge have a nice tactile feel and work well. No issues finding what you're looking for or having to push them really hard or anything. They work well. Worst part about it and why I only gave it 3 stars...after a while it yellows. It turns gold or brown or whatever color you want to call it. If you're buying a clear case to showcase your phone, don't expect it to stay clear so don't expect to showcase your phone indefinitely. Plus it does scratch, so don't be thinking it'll remain scratch free. Nothing real terrible, but it can nick and scratch. Overall, not a bad case for the money.

Great, clear case to protect the phone, affordable price too. The case protects the phone good, fits correctly on the phone. Would totally recommend the case if looking for something cheap, that protects.

perfect fit, I purchased a new electric bike and wanted to put my cell phone on the handle bars, the case I had was two thick and I could not find a product that would take a Note 20 Ultra in a hard case. So I purchased this at a large discounted price and it worked.

Great quality for a case. Only problem is the yellowing

Nice simple soft case for the Note 20 Ultra. Bought the clear to show off the white color of the phone. The button covers are good and don't interfere with their operation. The bottom openings line up perfectly with the S-Pen, speaker and USB port. Good corner protection. The sides don't interfere with a screen protector. The back lines up well with the cameras. It does not cover them, though. A separate protector is needed if you want one. This does not have a screen protector. Only a back cover. Only drawback is the top sticks out just enough to interfere with swiping down.

Very simple and looks very clean. It doesn't add too much thickness to an already large phone. It's easy to take off and put on the phone. It's also comfortable and makes the phone easy to hold.
