I just received this case today after it being delayed for two days during shipping. It is HARD to get off like I know it’s supposed to be a hard shell but my phone was literally stuck in it. I had to cut it off and then I just threw it away! Waste of money but I only paid $3.99 for it so yeah.

Upon first drop, my screen shattered, and it only fell a few feet from my hand. I have dropped my phone without a case from higher and had no damage. The “silent phone” switch was inaccessible, I don’t know if I had a faulty case, but there was rubber still covering the “silent” switch. The space was there, but filled. Lastly, touch charging no longer worked. The phone was constantly disconnecting from the touch charger.

Phone case does not fit as advertised

When I tried to return the defective product I was told I had waited too long (the return policy is a whopping 14 days) Rest assured I will be shopping there even less now.

Great Value Case with 1 Small Issue

The first case I bought was way too much money for a piece of plastic. Quite bulky too. This insignia case feels great, like if I dropped it, my way too expensive phone would be fine. The design is great and the colors are true to product photos! I also love that Insignia made the action button an actual button on the case whereas a lot of other manufacturers just put a hole like they have in the past for the mute toggle. It makes it a lot easier to get to that button and it’s very appreciated. The part that I don’t love about the build quality is that the red camera ring has some issues. First and most important is that it’s flush with lenses. So there’s protection from the side, but if you dropped the phone and the smallest rock was there, the cameras could be toast. It makes me worry about setting it on a table too. I fixed this by putting a MagSafe popsocket on the back and now it’s raised off the table. The pro of how slim the camera ring is is that it still works on my Tesla wireless charging mat where other larger camera rings do not. The last complaint I have is that the camera ring is a little loose and so with enough movement, you can hear it rattle which can be annoying. All in all, I do really love this case and for the price it’s a great option. I just wish the camera ring was better built. Pros: Great price! Looks just as good as the picture Slim profile Designed specifically for action button Cons: Camera ring is SHALLOW, doesn’t protect lenses well Camera ring is a little loose, causes a metallic jingle

|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Insignia case for my iPhone 15 Pro Max is overall a very protective case, that definitely feels good in the hand. Unlike many other cases it is not slippery, so I am never worried that I might have my phone slide out of my hand and crash to the ground! The look is beautiful as well, one of my favorites in that area for my iPhone. The buttons feel fantastic and are very responsive and tactile which I love. The issue for me with this case is the trim ring that circles around the camera setup on the back of the device. It constantly rattles when I move my phone, or even when I am typing on the keyboard. That part is super annoying for me, but so far I have not noticed it affecting the functionality of the phone case in any way. If the rattling didn't bother me, or wasn't present I would absolutely rate this case at 5 stars, but for me it definitely knocks it down a couple. If you are looking for an affordable phone case for your iPhone 15 Pro Max, and will not be bothered by a little rattling then this is definitely an awesome choice for you!
