Spent $600 on an iphone 12 for my son and didn't get 1 reward point. Never told that when I bought it. Even made sure I entered in my information for the rewards points. Poor business practice by Best Buy. I only go there now when I have to. Poor customer service as well.

It looks nice and seem sturdy, but the fact that I had to struggle and use a plastic knife to remove the iPhone makes it a hard pass.
