Thankfully Best Buy came through with their fantastic service and replaced it. No problems with the second one buts I only used it for 3 weeks and have replaced it with the Apple Silicone MagSafe case.

The case itself offers decent protection but I’ve had cheaper no brand cases that have lasted longer than this one.
