Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got a version of the Insignia Clear iPhone Case for my Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max in late 2021. It looks like the quality has increased slightly from older reviews reviews where a layer of the (plastic?) material peels off of the case itself. In addition, there are raised edges on the four corners of the back of the phone and around the camera bump to ensure that the camera lenses do not contact surfaces and scratch when the phone is laid flat. The texture is nice, what one might expect of a clear hard case, smooth, glossy, yet not slippery. The case has a little bit of give so that it can hug the phone. It is rigid enough to have structure and not fall off, but flexible enough to easily take on and off. Button presses also feel good. Cutouts and buttons are also accurately placed. I am having issues with the case becoming loose after a month. The fit seems to not be completely snug, and this makes the case a little unappealing. I hope this problem can be fixed in future iterations, and it is why I am docking two stars.
