I think over 90% of the time this product is helpful and easy to use just sometimes it just does not show and I have to cut my tv all the way off for it to work

Good unit, poor remote.

Works as expected except the remote leaves a bit to be desired. It was behaving erratically so I thought it might need a new battery. Went out and bought a new battery only to find the cover WILL NOT come off due to a very poor design with cheap plastic. Anyways, after a couple days the remote started working more consistently but you need an absolute clear path and no more than 2 feet away. I suppose when it comes time to actually replace the battery I will have to destroy the cover to get at it.

This HDMI switch allowed me to connect all of my game consoles to my TV. Functionality is perfect as each time I switch from the Xbox Series X to the Nintendo Switch to the PlayStation 5 occurs without delay or issue. Great product!
