This was a second unit for a new refrigerator. The first one barely lasted 2 months. And this one has not been delivered yet. Installation date is another month! Hopefully 2 nd one last longer.

I haven't had any issues with the ice maker making ice. I'm kind of upset that if you order a freezer on top refrigerator, you basically have to order the ice maker separately, which was over $100.00, and then it cost me $125.00 to pay a handyman to install it (and this was after an argument that he wanted $225). I had tried to do it myself, but I was surprised how complicated and difficult it was to install.

I installed this Ice maker in my bottom freezer and it was easy to install and is making ice for a week now with no problems. When I first installed it I thought something was wrong, it started out making little ice but then it picked up. I read than the colder the freezer temp is the more it makes so I am guessing after removing the drawers and door it had to cool back down to make the ice faster. I couldn't be any more happier with this ice maker.

Standard ice maker works well and easy to install. It comes with different parts for bottom freezer installation. Only Which it came with an ice scoop

Works great except that it's loud and noisy. The ice cubes are smaller which i prefer than the half moon shape ones most ice makers make.

Pretty easy to install myself. Runs a little loud but may just because we haven’t had an ice maker in months.

The ice maker screw holes didnt lune up with the hole on the freezer. But got it installed and seems to work fine.

Easy to install works as it should. Quanity of ice cubes in th tray seems small to me. maybe 10 cubes per cycle.

This icemaker was easy to install and really adds to the ambiance of the freezer. Although it does not actually make ice, it looks fantastic and may serve another purpose. I hope to someday understand what that purpose may be.

I actually have two of these (to go with the two fridges we bought) and I’ve had nothing but issues with this ice maker trying to figure out why it can’t consistently make ice. I even had to return one right out of the box because it wouldn’t even kick on the solenoid to fill the tray.

100% agree with the other 1 star reviews. This ice maker is junk. It works sporadically and get's stuck often. If you're lucky to have it run long enough to fill the bin, it won't stop making ice and instead the tray will get stuck and the next batch of water will flood your bin to freeze all your cubes together. The kit didn't even include enough screws to install it per the provided instructions. Save yourself the headache and plan to freeze ice with your own trays or buy it bagged. The Ice bin is nice and fits securely in freezer drawer. this product is essentially a $100 ice bin.

It works as advertised. Install isnt terrible. Its also quiet

Overall the ice maker does what is promises to do, it makes ice. However, after getting it installed (which is not for newbies), operating it was a little confusing. I'm not sure if the handle is broken or what, but it just kind of sits there, It won't move to stick up or down so we just use the on and off button when we have enough ice. It's also very loud. Whether it's dumping ice or refilling, you will know even if you're a room over.

My husband install the ice marker. Was easy to install . But it won’t work. We believe the arm isn’t attached correctly. Because water won’t dissipate to the ice marker.
