I got these so i could hear my phone better. Works good but i wish i had speakers on both ear to help filter outside noise a bit more.

These are very comfortable headsets with good sound quality and microphone.

a decent headset, fits well and comy to use for hours at a time, only complaint is sometimes it is hard to be heard or hear.

Using Insignia landline phone headset every day while working. It has a mute button and handy volume control. I've went through many phone headsets over the years needed for work and this has been the best. Please do not discontinue selling this Landline phone headset so that I can continue to buy them at Best Buy. Thank you!

Very comfortable and works well. The only thing I don't like is the super long cord.

My headphones are a life saver! I talk on the phone quite a bit, especially when I'm working around the house. When I wasn't hands free, I was experiencing great discomfort in my shoulders/neck, from bracing the phone these areas. Great purchase for me!

These are super for multi tasking even if it just unloading the dishwasher.

Volume adjustment on the cable is handy. Fairly comfortable to wear.

This headset fits my needs. I can talk on the landline phone without squeezing the receiver between my shoulder and the side of my head. Much more comfortable. The ease of use and sound quality are very good.

Great for hands free use but it slips out of place on my head. I have owned several of these and use them constantly. Only downside is they will break unless you are especially careful. This is the only one that did not stay in place.

I think it really was a good product - i just felt like they looked bulky on my head - and would kinda - and since it is summer - they were too much like ear muffs :) .

Better than a cell line, I use a land line for important calls, demo etc. Using a headset frees my hands to work on my computer during calls. This is a little tight on my head, but not uncomfortable. Good purchase,

I have had good luck with this version of headphones. so I'm happy with that. In the past, it has taken 4 to 10 minutes to get a proper channel, varying from day to day. But these have been good! So finally, yay!

Even though my work phone has a speaker phone, I find myself still using this headset on a weekly basis. Working from home, sometimes it gets a little noisy outside (especially when the law people are working) and I can't put conference calls on speaker phone with all the noise. These headphones solve this problem and still allow me to use both hands to type and work on the computer while doing conference calls. Great build quality and decent volume. I've never had any complaints from callers that I sound muffled or unclear.

I needed this for a class I am taking online. It serves its purpose of being a headset with a microphone. However, it is a little flimsy to wear. I always feel as if it will fall off of my head and could be a little tighter. Also, the volume control on it is limited, but that may also be due to the type of phone I am using with it. As stated, it gets the job done without a lot of "bells and whistles."

Looking for a basic phone headset for my land line at home. this fit the bill. good sounds quality and inexpensive.
