Unit works great with my OLD, OLD phone. If you are spending a long time on the phone, it is a great convenience to have your hands free to take notes. I was considering a wireless headset $$$ because my old headset broke and I am glad I got the Insignia Land Line Hands-free headset because not only I saved hundreds of dollars, it does not require batteries and works great. Just be aware that you need to connect the headset to the phone base, replacing the handset cable. I decided to buy it at Best Buy because of their generous Return Policy. THANK YOU BEST BUY!!

I have a fast paced job that requires me to perform multiple jobs at one time. This headset has changed my life! It is lightweight and I can keep it on all day while I'm working and I don't even notice it being there. The sound quality is excellent and the callers I've asked said they can hear me clearly with no interference. Highly recommend this item to busy individuals like myself that need their hands free while talking on the phone.

For my purposes, this headset is sufficient for me as I do not wear it all the time, maybe use it 2 or 3 times a day during working hours. The good thing is that the microphone is easily adjustable to the contour of my face. The only con I have is that the earpiece does not pivot to align with the shape of my head and therefore does not snugly fit over my ear. Worth the price paid, though.

Bought one for each office for conference calls/training. One did not work with our older phone system and was returned. The one for the other office worked great (also older phones, but not AS old ). I wish the volume could be turned up just a little more.

These are one of the more comfortable landline headsets I have used. They are light weight and have adequate cushioning. I cannot comment on the noise cancelling feature, as I generally work in a quite office environment without much noise to cancel.

This is a solid headset. I have not heard anyone say they heard background noise. The cords are a little on the heavy side and long. The ability to shorten the cord would be a great feature.

This headset is cheesy. It does not stay on my head, it is too big and there is no button to control the volume. The cord that goes from the phone into the headset is short, does not allow you much room to move around while wearing it.

This is a good headset and it serves the purpose of being able to type without holding the phone but I wish the cord was longer because it is hard to move around.

While it worked for a hot second, it just didn't fit right and then broke. Too flimsy and small for my fat head. Not to mention I nearly choked myself trying to run to the door. I forgot that this thing is attached to my computer and all heck broke loose.

I am sure this is a great product however, it does not connect to my phone. I am literally looking at it, unused on my desk at this very moment. If there is a way to connect, I would love to know.

I like this headset - I've used many through the years. The boom mic provides for clear transmission. It's comfortable. I do wish I could increase the volume a bit - that's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars.

I was looking for a T10 headset to replace my broken plantronics headset. This one is better. It fits better, calls are clear, and I like how bendable the mic part is. I'll keep it until I upgrade to wireless.

After two days of trying to balance a handset while typing, trying to hear and a costly chiropractic visit I bought this headset. The next few days were a breeze...the clarity was amazing and I didn't need to strain to hear and ask for repetitions. The fit was comfortable and saved my neck and shoulders a lot of strain. Setup was as easy as one plug in. All my coworkers were jealous and asked where I bought it! Inexpensive price compared to even one doctor visit!

I bought these for my at home position bc they were the only ones in the store and they are pretty awful! Customers complain they can't hear me all of the time and I have to actually put the mouth piece mic on my mouth, touching my lips and yell in order for them to hear me. It's very uncomfortable and exhausting.
