very happy with purchase, exactly what we wanted to buy.

My wife uses it to talk on her cordless phone while she cooks. She reports it's comfortable to wear. Hopefully, it will last longer than previous headsets.

I recently purchased from bestbuy.com due to it being on sale and I needed a new one for my home phone. The quality is ok, but I don't like that the ear piece covers the left ear not the right. And it can't be changed rather disappointed by this.

This was the only option offered at the time I was in the store. Based on my previous set it is not as comfortable but it still works and it was a good price.

The device works realy good, it beat my expectations. I have used several headsets before and the feature of being able to lower and raise the volume is great !

This is a great headset for my home office phone. Clear sound and light weight.

This will only work for those listening with the left ear. The mic will not swivel so that it can be used on the right ear.

The plug fits my old cordless phone. The sound quality is better than my old one. The volume control is helpful.

Not real impressed with this headset. I work from home and this headset was a great price,but not aof great quality. I'm used to my headsets going on my right ear,but this goes on the left ear. The quality of sound is so so and though on reviews I am usually very very satisfied on this purchase not so much. I am not very pleased with this headset.

I plug it into your Panasonic extension phone next to my desktop so I can talk to Geek squad or whatever, so I can follow their instructions without leaving my computer.

In my opinion this headset does an ok job, you will get a headset that gives you the freedom you need at a very affordable price. I don't believe is the best thing out there but it does the job. The length is decent for a wired set up and I like the volume toggle on the cord.

This headset is not worth the money. Yes, it serves its purpose, but the ear speaker is very weak. I have turned up the volume on the phone to the highest, and I just can't get a loud clear voice thru it. My old unit by another company if far better than this and should have stuck with the same. Not happy with this, and would not recommend it to anyone. Its very inconvenient having to ask customers to repeat what they just said when you have to press the unit harder against your ear just to hear them.

Since many people don't even have landlines anymore this was the only headset Best Buy had and even though it did not cost a lot there was a reason it was cheap! Made from less than good quality materials and very awkward on ur head and difficult move the microphone. Hardly use it. Uncomfortable

It is for the left ear. I needed it for right ear.

A lightweight phone headset at a great price. Very comfortable with great sound quality. I highly recommend it.
