Good for hans free talk with you reguler phone cord doesnt get in the way and easy to use

I want the mouthpiece to be on the right side. But mic cable does not pivot around enough where attached to earpiece, so you can wear headset on right ear. I did bend it severely, so I can wear it "backwards", enough to not return it, but they did not design it well. Also volume control is STILL not loud enough, with both phone volume and headset vol on MAX. I am not hard of hearing, I had my hearing tested. I would rather pay almost half price for ones on e-bay for $7 including shipping. I only bought this one on Best Buy because I did it thru My Points website, where they had a promotion for me to get points.

Well I purchased this headset 04.20.2016 and it now what 05/06/2016. So yeah is did not last long. Wow not even a month and the plastic snapped already on the head band part where it tracks in and out for head size.

Great clarity on both the microphone and earpiece.

After buying and returning many others this was one of the few that actually worked

I wish the headset was a little sturdier. It is a good value for the price though.

When the headset is plugged into my flip phone it causes a radio hum. The radio hum can be heard by me as the caller and by the person receiving the call. The hum is loud enough to distort the voice signal.

I like it it works good will recommend it to friends and family.

Purchased for employee who says it functions well. No complaints.

This handy, seeing I can not use my phone on the left side cause of a pacemaker, so the right side is the only ear can have the phone on. So going to be on the phone any lenght of time , use this head set helps, don't get tired holding thee phone. Still can work while you talk.

I purchased the head set to use with my home telephone. I have a problem hearing out of my left ear so I use my right ear which is OK. I opened the headset and found it was good for the left side only. The microphone boom will only swing one way. It would be so easy to make it good for left or right side but this unit is left side only! Best Buy took it back with no problems there. 5 stars to Best Buy, one star to the headset.

Loved the clarity and ease of use. However, I had to exchange it today. Person on the other side couldn't hear me. I like it enough to have exchanged it for another

Disappointed in product. I've purchased many landline headsets over the years and they always last at least one (1) year. This one only lasted a couple of months.

The plastic head piece is stiff and can't be adjusted. The sound quality is okay. Makes a buzzing sound when you place it on mute.

Worked great for my elderly mom. She was having trouble talking on the phone and holding it up for any length of time. This allowed her to stay connected with friends and family.

The sound quality on this device is average at best, I rarely use it anymore.
