After using it the DVD player "messes up" less often than it used to. It seems to have helped but I am not sure have much. Having said that, I am glad I used it and suggest it for DVD players that can't read a disk.

Essential tool Samsung Blu-ray Player Cleaning!

I did the research and discovered the disc needs periodic cleaning and ordered the cleaner disk to do regular player maintenance. It was easy to purchase and pick up with Best Buy’s curb-side pick up. Now I have regularly scheduled cleaning programmed on my iPhone calendar.

Works Reasonably Well

I think the product works as advertised It does 'make a difference'... I just have a particularly dirty changer and there is no other way to get to the trouble spots...
