Blue ray was having some issues where disks would stop playing or freeze up. Used this product to help clean disks and it seemed to help a lot. Not having the issues anymore

I was having trouble with my CD player and had it worked on and but that didn't work after a little over a $100.00. I decided to go and get a dics cleaner and did what it told me to do and God behold it worked. I wish I would have listen to my grandson, I would still be a $100.00 richer. Thank you Best Buy.

Tried to use it to clean the Wii but it didn’t work. It could just be the Wii that had issues so 3 stars.

My van's DVD player wasn't reading discs. I first thought it was shot and going to be an expensive replacement. After 1 clean with this product all was well again. Worked great!

It cleared up the CDs dragging sound when playing. I had no trouble once it went through the cleaning process. Since I use it daily while driving 1 hour to and from work, I have used it a second time once the CDs sound like their dragging much like the old records staying in the grooves.

It worked on our CD player at home, but would not work in our car's CD player (which was very important to my husband)

I have and still enjoy playing my movies and music on my DVD Player. I know in order to have it last i need to clean the lens often. Every time I'm in the market for new lens cleaner I know I can go to Best Buy and find one.

Bought this is fix an old Wii, but alas it was too far gone. :( But this did clean my existing cd players

I was having some trouble with my CD player skipping and not tracking. Iput this in the player and ran it for a while and the problem stopped.

Not really what I expected. Didn’t work as expected. But as disc are almost obsolete, gave it a chance.

I bought this product i was having problems with my dvd player skipping and freezing. I put this in the dvd player and now have watched two movies and they havent froze or skipped yet. My only issue is it doesn't show a menu for you so you have to listen to instructions.

The item is for use on tray loaded players, my use was for a car CD that is a slide in. I'm sure it would be a 4-5 Star rating when used on a tray load. I gave it 3 stars due to the small obscured print that notes its intended use. The item is unopened and will be returned, disregard the rating that are shown- the screen locked until choices were entered.

I have "played" this cleaning CD 3 or 4 times now...the playback on my music CD'S has gotten better, however...it is far from what I was hoping for! I could barely make out the instructions on the cleaning CD before I played it the first time. It's easily understood now, but my music CDs are still skipping. Maybe a few more spins with the cleaning CD will get me there!

It does the job. I love how it will let you check your sound hookups out too.

Very easy to use. Was long overdue for cleaning the DVD and blue ray. Worked well and definitely would refer the laser cleaner.

Xbox was unable to read discs. This cleaned it which was apparently the problem as it is now working without issue.

I needed a new laser cleaning disc! The price seemed high to me but, apparently the cleaning disc has gone the way of the 8track tapes!

Noticed I need a new cleaner when old one was cracked...lol so I saw this one and have had good results with Insignia brand so got it.. price was right and it works like it should..

My Blu-Ray player was starting to act up. It wasn't reading the DVD's correctly at all. I put the lens cleaner in, followed directions and now the player works perfectly. I am completely satisfied with this product.

Try to use it for my navigation system in my vehicle. Would not work. Save it for DVD player instead.
