The case was what I wanted. The front flap closes easily and is magnetized. Phone slips in and out easily even with the phone case on. The clip on the back of the case that attaches it to a belt or the waist line of slacks or skirt, is not as tight as it could be and it too easily moves right or left. This combination causes the phone and case to not connect securely when attaching to slacks or a skirt waist band causing it to slip off from time to time. It is probably more secure on a belt, but I rarely wear one.

I use an iPhone 5 with a Mophie case and it fits in this case with a small amount of room to spare. Very good construction EXCEPT on the stitching over the tip of the belt clip. This is my fourth case (I like it and it works well) however its Achilles Heel is the stitching on the tip of the belt clip. I only get 4-6 months and then I have to purchase a replacement. Of course, maybe that's the plan.....

Good leather hip case that fits most phones. Good value and durable

Bought the case to carry my iPhone 4S with Mophie battery pack (makes it fatter than a normal 4S). Since there were no cases specifically made to attach a Mophie-equipped 4S, I had to choose a generic "large size" phone case. This was the sturdiest design that I found (of only two available at BestBuy). At first, this case was a bit tight for the phone, but it has since relaxed and is now a great, snug fit. The only down side to this design is the belt clip does not have a spring loaded thumb lever to open up the clip to get it onto a belt. It is, however, firmly attached, once you are able to wrangle the clip onto your belt.

This was the only clip-on case at the store, but similar to the one my husband had before. It closes securely and fits the Galaxy S7 (barely). Seems sturdy enough. His last one was used hard and the seams started to split, risking the phone sliding out. He wears a suit to work and needs to clip this onto his pants. Plastic clips are bulky and break.

Fits iPhone X perfectly, not too bulky and it is light. The clip can be revolved so that phone can be horizontal or vertical. Actually moves around a bit too easily which makes it fiddly to attach to belt.

Smartphones are pricey, easily damaged and hard to fish out of pockets. This is my second case of this type, the first lasted 5 years & kept my phone protected from rain while making it easier & faster to retrieve for a call because of the belt-clip & secure with the magnetic close flap. It also looks much better professionally than having a phone sagging my coat pockets with it’s weight. 5 years the first one lasted, did I mention that? Nominal cost for protecting a several hundred dollar phone and yes, I do have a hard case as well, but it’s not enough.

I didn't want to carry around my cell phone in a pocket but also didn't know what might be available for a carrying case. This is a good quality case and holds/protects the phone quite well. Only a couple of minor negatives - belt clip is a bit difficult to use and depending on which side the phone is carried, the case can sometimes get tangled in the seat belt. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase.

This Insignia holster is pretty nice, it fits my iPhone 7 with a case on the phone (I would say a medium thickness case). Without a case the phone is a little loose in this holster. My only gripe so far is that the belt clip seems to spin a bit to easily now after wearing it for a few weeks. It was tight at the beginning, but now spins as I am trying to clip it to my belt.

Needed a hip case to carry my iPhone 5. This is a good, solid case and easy to get at the phone. Fits both iPhone 5 and 6. Has nice little pocket on outside of case hidden by the cover. Getting it connect to the belt can be a bit troubling.

I went in to Best Buy for a new hip case because the one I had was falling apart (ripping in back where the clip is attached). I have an iPhone5s, which I wear daily. There was a decent selection at Best Buy. This one is the right size for my phone, is good quality, and I'm happy I found it. I like it better than my previous hip case.

This is a good fit for your phone, especially if you already have it in a Life Proof case as I do. A reasonably priced case. Overtime the clip and leather will stretch some. Otherwise this is a good case. This is my second one.

My S4 belt clip fell apart so I needed to replace it. In the process I found that there were no more S4 belt clips, but I found this leather holster which fit the S4 perfectly. It is easy to use and I like it's appearance. Hopefully it has durability because I will never replace my S4 at today's prices.

The quality of the phone case is very good. The only problem is the clip is not as tight as my old case and sometimes it slips off my belt when I sit in my car.

After purchasing a iPhone 6s, I need a new hip case. I had bought a cover for the phone which made it a bit bigger still. This case fit perfectly for phone + case. Fits on my belt great and is just the right size for the phone. So far it has held up well.

Great phone case. It's sturdy, phone fits in securely but (not) so tight that you have trouble pulling the phone out. Swivel allows you to wear it clipped in either a vertical or horizontal position. Clever design.

My HTC One M8 fits perfectly in this case. It feels like genuine leather and clips snuggly to my waistband/ belt. The only thing is the clip does not rotate (if you even wanted that). Great buy!

It fits my Moto G and is very durable. I had bought other cases with plastic clips and they broke within a month. This has a very durable clip and it is working great.

I had one before and this one fit my phone good! Leather seem to wear well and I like the flip open and close

Overall, this is just what I wanted with two minor issues. The belt clip is a bit too loose and it is hard to get it to slide over my thick belt. I believe in time it will be easier to get it attached, but I do worry the hinge may one day fail. We will just have to wait and see. One thing I do like about it is that there is a slot where one can store one's business cards. Great idea and very helpful.
