Use the remote with an xBox series X. When the grandchildren are not playing games my wife and I use the xBox to watch 4K movies on the 75" TV in the media room. The remote is a nice addition to operate the unit rather than using controllers or the keyboard and mouse.

I paid $10 for this product and i think for that price it's an excellent value. I have not had a chance to test out it's functionality/features 100% but for simply turning the xbox(one in my case; can't comment on series x|s) and controlling media it works fine. I did not need to pair the remote it just worked out of the box which is fantastic.

Great media remote for Series X if you prefer not to use your controllers for Blue Ray and media playback. Only downside is that it’s an IR remote and not a standard wireless, so you need a clear line of sight to your console, but that’s normal for this type of accessory.

I bought this for my mother who isn't use to using a xbox controller. I was a little worried it would need to be paired with your xbox but it works straight out of the box! Just point n go! Only downside is she now has a fourth remote to deal with Haha

Great remote. Easy to use and good value for the price

We use the Xbox for everything so this remote is really nice. We can leave the controllers off and save their batteries. The only thing about it is make sure if you have more than one Xbox you keep them apart or the remote can turn them both on

Minimal, modern, and work perfect with my series x

Bought this to use with streaming services and it's a life changed. I no longer have to deal with the controller to watch movies the volume button does not suit my needs since I use a surround system but everything else is just what I need for streaming. I only wish the buttons were back-lit to make it easier to see in the dark.

Like the controller...even though can't find it at the moment. Using it with my Series X and buttons are super responsive. It does have to have a clear patch to the Xbox, so know that in advance in case the console is in a cabinet.

Good for the price, wish the xbox buttons were on it to make it easier to navigate some menus, but for the most part works fine. I use this on my Series S and Xbox One

Very convenient! Works right out of the box. I prefer to use this when trying to watch videos than navigating with an xbox controller. The controller turns off after a few minutes of inactivity but this remote just responds.

Its works well if you are using your xbox at that moment for watching tv and is much easier than using the controller for things like netflix and youtube for example. Also the price is oretty reasonable.

Works perfect, connects right away. Doesn’t turn off after not being used for a little while like the controller does. Perfect for watching movies or something. Pause, play, skip forward, volume, and complete Xbox navigation all on one remote.

Great remote! You don’t even have to pair it to the Xbox because it uses the IR blaster. You can use with multiple X boxes without having to pair. You do have to point the remote directly at the consul though. Batteries last a very long time.

This controller is great! I was waiting for the new PDP remote to be available and decided to get this for now. I’m pretty sold on this one. Works great with the Xbox to turn down my sound bar! Recommend to all!!!

I use this remote all the time. I like to charge my controller at night, so I needed something to use while I'm laying in bed at night watching stuff via my xbox. It works perfectly with all the streaming apps I have.

Simple, light, and more compact than the talon. Still more convenient and battery saving than using a regular controller for things like netflix. Does require aiming though, which can be annoying at times. Would be better if it used to same wifi tech as the gaming controllers.

This media remote works perfectly on my Xbox Series X. It’s a lot easier than using a regular Xbox controller and it’s always on so you don’t have to wait. I’ve had it about a month and use it every day.

Awesome remote, I had an old remote (the Talon one) they used to sell for the original xbox one that used up batteries way too quick. This remote barely uses battery, I've had it for months & haven't replaced original batteries.
