    Moved into a new office and my boss got me a wonderful new monitor so I wasn't working on my macbook's tiny screen. Having a slightly older macbook pro, my initial purchase did not have the lightning end - so exchanged the original purchase - and this adapter was WAY less expensive, and works beautifully! VERY happy camper!
