I would recommend to take advantage of Best Buy's 15 ay return/exchange polcy to swap out the product for a new one, as it may have just been that particular unit that may not pe performing well. -Brian Insignia Support
Not working with iOS 10

But the selfie button feature does not work on iOS 10. I've tried iPhone 6s, iPhone 7 and iPad. Nothing happened when you click the button. Do NOT buy this if you are using Apple products. It is not compatible .
