I bought a smaller version of this speaker a year and a half ago and loved it. Felt like a no brainer to but a bigger version. This speaker is a big disappointment. I’d return it if it wasn’t past the 30 days. The sound quality is poor, the volume isn’t good and the Bluetooth range is the worst of any device I have. Best Buy has a big miss with this product. Wasn’t cheap either. If I paid $20 I’d love with it. Come on Best Buy, you can do better.

Woefully underpowered speakers. Intended use was to listen to audiobooks in the car. I had a portable speaker that has good volume but poor battery life so I was looking for a speaker with better battery life. This product was advertised with long battery life; however, it comes at the expense of speakers that require absolute background silence to be audible. The purpose of buying speakers is to be able to hear the output. In this regard, the Insignia Portable Bluetooth Stereo Speaker fails.

I bought 3 of these 6 months ago. At first they were fine. Now, one stopped working and I`ve tried several times to unpair and repair to my blue tooth but I will not connect. The 2nd one will work until I get about 15 feet away within eye site from my Bluetooth device. ( my computer) . The third one works ok because my son uses it as a speaker for his cell phone so it`s always just a few feet away. these things are absolute crap. DO NOT BUY THESE!!!!!!

I used this for a full day then it stopped connecting via Bluetooth. It would intermittented disconnect from Bluetooth and not be able to be used. I guess that's what you get for 9.99.

Second time I've tried with this speaker and I've realized that this product wears itself out every two weeks. Sound is decent for the price, but drops connection often (from 15 feet away) and won't interface with Mac computers. I don't know about its rugged abilities, it sat on a bookcase the whole time before having an existential crisis and breaking down.

Turned speaker on - sounded loud for being so little. Then it just stopped working. Had to return. Not sure if speaker blew or what - but it never turned back on.

This was a prepackaged item and it didn't contain the charging wire...had to return this item. Otherwise, this is a great speaker!!

bad sound espacialy when you try to listen to music on the hightest volume whicht doesnt even sound hi it makes a very funny noise that i cant explaine in writing buy at youre own risk dont recomend this item even if its on sale dont mater whicht color you buy i bought the boisonberry and dint go well and i bought more than one and had the same problem with all of them.

Stopped charging after 1 1/2 years. Sound quality is OK.

I bought this speaker to replace my jbl I had blown out. I read the reviews thinking it'd be ok.. Plus I was being cheap. I ended up returning the product. The sound was horrible to my ears. No bass no acoustics. The speaker on my iPhone sounds better than this.I ended up buying a Sony speaker.

Ive had the speaker for about a month, the battery wont charge anymore. I will charge it overnight, connect my phone to it and it says the battery is half full then die 5-10 minutes later. I dont think you can charge it and use at the same time. I think the return policy is 15 days.

After using the product for a couple of weeks, the receiving end of the aux plug in had broken off inside the speaker. We had to return it and we purchased a different speaker.

I bought this speaker for my boyfriend and he got it and said you couldn't turn the volume up without it crackling. I read the reviews first and that's why I bought it. Maybe we just got a bad one

This product is very cute, but the sound is horrible. Very muffled. I just wanted it for a small space and it sounded like my music was in a tunnel. Very disappointed.

This thing really is awful. Mine started getting blown out and garbled/static sounding after only about a week. Got so bad I had to return it. Trash. Avaoid at all costs.

It didn't get delivered. I have had multiple things delivered to this address but they couldn't find me. I have yet to be contacted by Best Buy to reconcile this mistake

Distorts very quickly . Not loud . Sound quality is poor . Would not recommend . I guess you get what you pay for ......stay away from this junk .

Quality was so bad I returned it. Volume is low and sound quality was scratchy. Save your money and buy something else.

It only had directions in foreign languages.would not pair up Cheaply made,not sturdy at all, Sound was terrible,sounded like it might hurt...lol
