I am really happy with this mini Bluetooth speaker. The sound quality is great and the volume ability is sufficient for my needs. No complaints! I especially am happy to have the rechargable power bank in it to recharge my cell phone! What a great extra feature.

This Insignia "brick" speaker is an improvement over the original Insignia design. I also own 2 original design speakers, they work fine, but they pale compared to the added features of the brick. I think the overall design is richer looking, it feels quite solid, however a bit heavier but, with a much longer battery life between charges. I'm ok with the small increase of weight for this trade off in battery life Another feature, I like, is the added input receptacle for direct wiring the sound from my devices. I have some cheap tablets that have fussy Bluetooth connectivity issues. Sometimes its just easier to add a connecting cable than to fiddle around with the Bluetooth settings on each of the tablets. I've had this speaker over a month now and I am very pleased with it. I don't know if there is a comparable speaker, for this price, on the market now.

Works like it should. The audio isn't the best quality but it'll do. The battery charge is nice - I've had it a few months now and I haven't had to charge it yet. Easy to connect to my phone. Sturdy. The volume gets nice and loud. No issues.

The sound of this speaker is what I would expect for a speaker this size. The Insignia BT speaker doesn't use special bass drivers like the JBLs and other MUCH more expensive speakers, but when these speakers go on sale (I got mine for $19.99 on a sale), they are a GREAT DEAL! The reason I purchased these - bought 3 of them - was because my daughters would play their tunes through weak iPhone speakers and the tinny quality was irritating beyond words. Much better now! There's one more reason these are great - they have a huge battery for up to 30 hours of play time, and can charge your device. Note, you're either listening to music or charging your iPhone, because there's a switch between the functions and you can do both at the same time. Anyway, really nice balance of quality and value!

For $25 this is a great buy. Nice punchy bass from something this size. Sound has not distorted even at max volume. Features such as taking calls and charging electronics add a nice touch to this product. The only down side is that you cannot charge something while the speaker is being used. At this price, I can't really complain.

The price. Long battery life. Great Sound. Also when my device and playing the music with I can also charge off of the speaker. I bought the extra warranty for it. So it's covered for a couple years after the manufacturer warranty is over.

I purchased this to give as a gift for my son and daughter-in-law. They love it. They said it is easy to use and has great sound. The added feature of water resistant is a huge plus. They use it outside when entertaining or just relaxing.

Small and compact, the battery life is good (so far I've had them unplugged for 13 hours. I haven't been playing music the whole time, but they have been on, and using them right now) Quality is actually better than I expected from the price/size.

Needed a small but decent sounding bluetooth speaker for a laptop and this does very well. The bass is not the best but for the size it does the job. It is quite portable and has great battery life so taking it with the laptop fits well. Exceeds expectations.

The Insignia has great sound, comparable to much more expensive items, and its long battery life is another bonus. The show stealer? Its price: I picked 2 up for @20 bucks apiece.

This is a good all around speaker. It's easy to pair with blue tooth devices. Well made and water resistant. Good strong sound with no distortion. 4 stars because the range is not that great. It could be my mobile device though?

I like this speaker so much that I bought one for me and four to use as gifts. 1. Pairing is easy. 2. The bass is surprisingly robust for a $30-$40 speaker. 3. The higher frequencies sound pretty good as you would expect from a a smaller speaker. 4. Mid-range seems a bit weak but that may just be my ears. 5. I use an iPhone 5S to drive the speaker and it runs out of juice way before the speaker. I have a JBL Flip2 which dies after three hours, The Flip2 stays at home while the Insignia is building frequent rider miles. 6. Haven't tried to use the "recharge your device" feature. Most Insignia products are built for us, "average Joe's" with an affordable price and an intelligent mix of features. This stereo Bluetooth speaker is another fine example. Thank you Insignia and Best Buy.

Good sound quality and easy hook up. Love that the battery lasts for 30 hours and that you can use the speaker as a power bank for your phones etc. Haven't charged the speaker since I bought it. Bought two of them!

I've now used this speaker for a few days, listening to all types of music on it. Its Bluetooth range is fine, about 30 feet in my house. Frequency response and clarity in the high- and mid-range is very good. Also, I can play it at high volume with little or no distortion. However, bass response is VERY minimal, especially at the low end. So, depending on what you're listening to, the sound may lack fullness and depth. Battery life is superb. Also, the speaker has a good, solid feel; it will probably last a while. The stereo feature is nice. For the price I paid - $30 at Best Buy - this is a good value. Just don't expect a truly marvelous acoustic experience, because of the missing bass.

Bought this speaker to use at work and even in the hustle of a kitchen, it can still be heard loud and clear all over. Easy to connect to, durable ('Id know, Ive dropped it several times), clear sound, and waterproof; which really comes in handy in a kitchen. Battery life is pretty spectacular. 3 months after buying it, it can still go two full days without needing a charge. And that's 16 hr plus days for it. My only complaint is the bass can be wonky. Very heavy bass songs have the tendency to buzz a little, unless the speaker is also plugged in at the same time then the buzz is literally unbearable. No idea why being plugged in makes it so much worse. Good thing the battery life comes thru in the clutch.

Needed a decent portable speaker to take out at the lake. We went to the store and looked at all of the name brands that cost $40-$50. Battery life was sub par and none seemed to be water resistant. Happened to walk down the aisle and see this guy. Long battery life, great sound and base (for size) and it is water resistant. It also serves as a power brick so you can charge your phone if needed. Works great and definitely impressed.

Great speaker for the price. Great sound for the area we use this in. Well more than enough volume and bass is pretty good. I haven't tried to charge anything yet, but probably will as we get outside with this more.

This product is one of my best purchases....when fully charged it lasts for days. The is a very good buy for the money and it wasn't very expensive. Works much better than those pricey Bluetooths. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...

Surprised how small it is but really has a nice sound. Easy to use with I-phone and I-pod. Cable is not included. Holds the charge well and for under $20 is a great deal.

Nice sound even on high volume. My son's last one (of a different brand) blew out on high volume. This was a replacement and sounds better for less money. Great deal. Wish I bought one for me too!
