This remote control is 100% compatible with my Sony TV, no programming is required.

Bought this because the DirecTV remote at my grandma’s nursing home wouldn’t control the power on her older Sony TV. This helped with frustration.

For the price, the remote is a great replacement. Of course, you will miss the quick start application buttons of the original, but this definitely suffices!

It worked perfectly. There was no need to wander through a sea of codes, it worked right out of the box, the first time. The price was approximately 25% of the amount charged for the Sony model. I wholeheartedly recommend this product.

Plug and play for my 6 yr old Sony Bravia XBR-65X850B. A few buttons have changed operation, but everything I need still works. Some keys are a bit smaller than the original, but connects fine.

All you have to do is point and it works. You don’t have to put in any codes or anything like that so it’s nice if you have a Sony TV you just point change the volume change the station change the input.

The original remote that came with the Sony TV stores working so we picked this one up and so far it has been working better than the original

Bought this so each of us would have a remote. I have a Sony TV so it worked perfectly out of the package. I did not need to do any programming or mess with codes. I would highly recommend for Sony.

Insignia is just perfect in there replacement or say extra remote for Sony TVs. I almost did I not think there was any diff. The remote is very simple and just like the original Sony one. Fed great purchase. A-

I like it cuz I can use my use the remote instead of using the firestick when I have a when I connect my fire stick to my TV. In other words I don't need a firestick remote I can use the remote for the Sony TV

The Insignia Controller for Sony TVs works well. I have not tried to add functions to it yet, but I think being able to0 add capabilities will be fun and helpful!

I bought this remote on a deal of the day to use at our church so the original remote with voice activation wouldn't get lost. So far it works as well as the original but I wish it had the voice recognition.

I bought this remote alongside an open box Sony x900f. This remote leaves much to be desired when compared to the OEM remote. It’s great for turning the tv on and off and switching inputs but not much else. However as long as your not depending solely in the TVs built in programs and instead primarily use a streaming box or console, this remote will adequately suffice. As a side note, if you are going to adjust picture settings frequently then I definitely recommend a genuine Sony remote.
