Bought this adapter and used it to quickly back up 500 GB of files to an external SSD drive before installing internally in my son's desktop. Easily recovered photos I though I’d lost

This was the perfect solution! Very simple plug and play connection that makes your old SSDs act like USB sticks so you can recover files easily. I’ve finally been able to destroy and disposable and drives that were just taking up drawer space.

There was no need to download additional deivers. I was able to boot my operating system (linux) ff of an ssd connected through this usb cable after my internal nvmi sad failed.

How ever it connected to the drives like it was supposed to.
