Horrible visuals plus pay restocking fee

So it sucks even more that had to pay a restocking fee for the return. The display was so dim, even at dark on white walls we couldn't make out a lot of detail. Was hopeful from other reviews, now wondering why do you sell this if your staff admits it's not that bright?
