I was looking for a band that wasn’t fabric or silicone that would hold up well against sweat/water as my job has me working outdoors a lot. No issues or concerns with it so far as I typically wear my watch in the shower, and it’s held up super well. I was a little worried that this one would pull at the hair on my arm but it hasn’t been a problem while I’ve been using it. I really like that because it’s magnetic rather than a hole/pin style. I am able to make minute adjustments easily and the magnet holds super well. The band is also long enough that I can adjust it to the largest width and slide it off my wrist rather than having to loop it in/out of the arm each time I take it on and off, which I love as I’d find this a bit cumbersome if I did. Occasionally it will get some fibers stuck in it if I use a hand towel to dry it. The one disappointment is some discoloration that is happening at the edges and a line in the center where the two bands face each other. However this is only seen when I’m not wearing it so not a huge deal. It matches my stainless steel series 8 pretty well and feels high quality and looks very premium. It’s a great value and I am really happy with it.

I’ve been wanting to get a stainless steel band for my Apple Watch for sometime and I’ve always had the silicone band which easily attracts dirt and makes my wrist sweaty. I chose this Insignia band because of the price and its two-tone design. Since I have such tiny wrist, I expected it to be long on me. However, I know I will not have any problems with the length because the band has removable links so it can be adjusted to the desired length. The stainless steel band is about 7 inches long - from end to end - excluding the watch. My wrist measures 6 inches only. I had no problems removing the extra links because I have my own trusty watch link remover tool (the box also comes with a watch link remover tool - I just preferred using my own). All in all I had to take away 6 links (about 1.5 inches). Now the band fits my wrist. The stainless steel band is lightweight and the clasp makes it painless to open and close the band. I really like that it matches my silver apple watch but I think the band will match the stainless steel apple watch version more because of the shiny finish. Overall, I’m glad I picked this one out because of its slim and two-tone design. With the extra links removed, the band sits comfortably on my wrist.

I’m not into fancy when it comes to the Apple Watch. I bought the SE model in black with the default sport silicone band, and it has served me well, but I have also used the nylon mesh Insignia band for a change of pace, and I switch between them. Then I saw this one: black, stainless steel mesh with a magnetic clasp! It is gorgeous and durable, and priced for acquisition!! The old band was easy to get off: mash the button on the back and slide off each end; slide the top of the new band onto the top of the watch; slide the D-ring on the bottom of the watch; thread the band through the D-ring and around your wrist, and tighten for comfort, fastening the band with the magnetic clasp. The magnetic clasp is unobtrusive and works like a charm. Once attached, I have not had it slip a single time, and if you want to tighten or loosen the band, its as easy as pie. The band is attractive and comfortable, and slimmer and cooler looking than the original silicone. The price is more than a bargain on this band. It’s a steel! Highly recommended!

This is a very good alternative to the Apple band, but much lower cost. Magnet is strong enough but not too strong as with some others I tried first. Fits the Apple 10 watch great. Looks good. Functions well.

The watch band is attractive and durable, a little heavier than the cloth band. I like it because it accents the watch.

This is a great value proposition if you're interested in the traditional, steel watch band look for your Apple watch, slightly dressed up a bit with the gold inlay. The gold color on the band and the silver is not an exact match for the apple watch aluminum and starlight colors, but it's close enough if you're not picky. The butterfly clasp works well, and the included sizing tool makes removing and adding links very easy to do, although it does take time and and markings on the band are very small and can be hard to see if you have bad eyesight. The two big negatives for me are the band size and the design of the links when removed. Although it's adjustable by removing individual links, the smallest possible size is still a little bit too big for the small wrist that will be wearing the watch. At the smallest possible size, the inner diameter of the band is approximately 2.5 inches and the circumference is approximately 5.5 inches. Also, the individual links consist of three "links" inside that are loose, which makes threading the locking pin a challenging task if you have big fingers.

Took a little bit to remove the extra links to actually make it fit my wrist. But I like the mixed metals and the quality. Although, it seems one of the silver coating is tarnishing a bit on the inside that touches my wrist.
