Seems a bit bulky, but I've never seen another one to compare it to. It gets warm, but not alarmingly so. Comes with adapters for multiple countries, but I only needed it for one. Either bring all of them (a waste of space and weight) or figure out the one you need before going. Comes with little bag to hold it, no big deal but a nice touch. I would have been much happier to have a USB socket included, but oh well.

We went all over Southern Asia and were able to run all our 240 Volt devices.

The tranformer is a bit heaby but necessary for power applications. All the adapters worked perfectly fine. I liked the small bag for travel convenience.

We had a coffee machine which we wanted to carry out of US during our travel and this was the Best buy recommended product to make it work with 220 V AC supply. I am glad we bought this and it worked everywhere we went. It is light weight and easy to carry. I was traveling to France for work and needed a European electrical converter for phone and laptop. The Insignia worked perfectly and has many converter options for all parts of Europe and Asia.

It was the only travel adapter they have when I shopped. Overall working fine but too bulky and takes up a lot space.

The product did its job. However, 2 important things to know, 1. Every time I went to unplug it, the adapter stayed stuck in the outlet, I had to be very cautious, not to leave it behind 2. The device is very heavy.

As I went to multiple countries with different adapters having the extras really came in handy. There were some socket types that a standard compact adapter my partner had did not fit in because of the deeper set socket type. Thankfully my adapter worked flawlessly.

This is a combination converter/adaptor that can be used independently of each other or not. There are a number of labeled adapters for use in various a countries /regions in the world! I used it with no problem in Amsterdam and could plug in multiple items to charge! Great buy!

easy to use, a bit heavy, question the protection it really offers over just an adapter. However, it does offer a bit of a piece of mind that it both has the converter and adapter.

Its a fine travel converter. Its a bit bulky. Honestly most adapters can already handle the 120v vs. 240v conversion so the big block is only really useful for bathroom appliances. I mostly used the end adapters since they can fit a US and EU prong plug. Unless you're plugging in a hairdryer or razor, Id recommend one of the other adapter packages purely to save weight and bag space.

Works well, the only issue is that it got a bit warm and had a burning smell when using hair iron with 110V converter port. Iron is less than 2000W, so not sure why it was heating up so much, at least it kept working but we stopped using the converter port with the iron. Using the non-converter port works fine and using the converter port with low wattage device is also fine. Luckily for us the iron works up to 240V.

We purchased this adapter for our trip to Greece and it worked great! We never had any issues with it. I love that it comes with many different adapters for different countries. I will say the box that has the plug in for US/MX is a little heavy, so if you plan on carrying it in your purse it might get uncomfortable after a while. I highly recommend this to everyone.

This adapter and converter in one is wonderful. I was able to use this on my 3-country round trip, thanks to the various attachments that came with it. The adapter sits and holds into the wall well, it doesn't fall out like some others I've used. It also charges my devices well and the converter is strong enough to handle my hair appliances. Will be using this on every upcoming international trip!

Purchased this so we could use a hair dryer while travelling in Thailand. Plugged the 110 Volt hair dryer in the "converter" part of the unit to allow use with the 220 Volts that is standard in Thailand, and the hair dryer worked perfectly. The various plug ends made plugging the unit into the wall outlet a breeze. As it has both a "converter" part and an "adapter" part - clearly marked which is which - just need to use "converter" for high-wattage things like the hair dryer and the "adapter" for things like a cell-phone charger (which does not need the voltage to be changed).

Tried in southern Europe and North America and it worked. have not tried all the other regions. It is bulky and heavier than others and unfortunately does not have usb ports, so you will still need your north american plug to use it if charging phone using usb inserted into plug. in a few hotels, the weight of the device nearly made it hard to keep it inserted into the wall socket in europe. this comes with more regions than other converter adapters. possible improvements would be to add usb port charging since it is bulky in size already if possible and to add instructions for those who may not understand the converter adapter set up. when showing device to a first time user of any concerter, they had trouble understanding whether to plug into the converter or adapter port.

This product works great for all of Europe. I took it to France and Italy and it worked in both countries. I panicked when I first arrived to our hotel in Italy because the outlets had one three holes in it and that adapter wasn’t included. I remember saying, “of course the one we need it’s not included.” But then hubby said, “let’s try the one with two and it sure worked.” Hubby saved the day. It worked so great that we have now buy a second set to give to the in-laws for their multi country Europe trip this spring. Trust me, this all you need. I guarantee you won’t regret this purchase 1| economical 2| it’s all you ever need for your trip. I also read it work great for South America so potentially this is the only converter and adapter you’ll need for all your travels. Safe travels friends!
