Works great and at a great price point as well. Very easy to use and set up. Every once in a while it seems to stop working, but a quick unplug and plug it back into the USB port seems to resolve whatever was happening. Used mostly for Zoom and other video conferencing.

My staff had some issue with his laptop built-in microphone. As a result we had to delay our online meeting. I decided to purchase this USB microphone from Best Buy. Insignia USB Microphone saved our day. It performed flawlessly with crystal clear sound. I totally recommend this device; it's affordable and quality is very good.

I had my doubts as it felt like it was made out of cheap plastic. I was pleasantly surprised. I wanted something that was inexpensive and would enable me to record narration on a powerpoint presentation for a project in a class I was taking. This microphone worked great. It was inexpensive and was very easy to use. The sound was clear and it served its purpose well.

Needed something for some online meetings, because my laptop's built-in microphone just wasn't working. I tried a couple other things, but finally found this microphone. So far, it works pretty well and folds down or can be easily unplugged to put away.

We have started using MS Teams at work which also utilizes internal microphones. As I use Citrix 99% of the time on a personal desktop, which does not have a microphone, I needed to purchase one. I decided to go "cheap" just to see if this would work. For $19.99, this has worked very well! Everyone says they can hear me loud and clearly, and I love the on/off switch in front. The only thing I wished it had, which I'm not deducting stars, is a mute button and a light on front that shows perhaps red for mute and green for talk so you know if you are muted or not. Sometimes on conference calls you really need to mute yourself to prevent hurting feelings/etc.

What I really like about this microphone is that it is so easy to setup. Just plug in, wait for a minute then select the Insignia Microphone in Zoom, MS Teams, or favorite recording software. The noise cancellation is more or less ok and the sound is ok. For the price it is a good value.

No issues with setup - Windows auto detected and installed as expected. On/off switch useful as a mute switch. Picks up voice well without having to be on top of it

I definitely like the products from this brand since they are so affordable and yet they do their work. This microphone is easy to set up since it has the USB cable connect to the computer okay. There are some very pricey microphones out there but I definitely recommend this one it works.

I do zoom calls several times a week and this has been very helpful since I am on a desktop computer. It was well priced and everyone hears me fine. Since I am not seen it is nice to be heard

The microphone has reasonable sound pickup and quality for this price point. Easy to use and Windows recognized quickly. Much better than the microphone in the laptop.

I needed an external mic for my iMac because my model had the speaker on the back and bottom of the monitor. All trouble shooting solutions didn't help overcome the internal Mic issue for Skype. When I chose this it was based on quality/ price ratio. It works great for my needs. Clear quality sound , not bulky, and folds away nicely on desktop. Overall good microphone.

We're using it for a small podcast and it works well, it was easy to install and use with Audacity. We didn't want anything fancy, and this one is simple and straightforward. The audio quality is fine for recording a podcast or voice command programs like Dragon/Cortana.

Needed a mic to use for my zoom meetings without having to rely on holding a cell phone on speaker or speaking close to my laptop. Caught this on sale. Set up was a breeze. No complaints about not being able to hear me. Better than most overpriced brands out there. Gets the job done!

This microphone is simple and lightweight, very easy to install, and worked right out of the box, so to speak. I only needed it for basic videoconferencing, and it has worked just fine for that purpose. Nothing fancy, just a good, basic microphone that is doing just what I need it to do.

This Insignia Microphone really performs well. It is very sensative and picks up sound very well from a distance so you don't have to be right on top of it and the sound quality is great. Very happy with this purchase and would recomend it to anyone that needs a great microphone for their computer or laptop.

Extremely no fuss, plug and play. I have it sitting aprox 2ft away and have no issues with the quality of my voice being heard in my online meetings.

I bought this for web chats and conference calls. It does a great job and sound is clear for the price. I do have issues with Windows 10. Every time I start up the web chat app or my laptop in general, I have to reinstall the mic every time. I'm sure this is a driver issue and will improve as people complain to Microsoft, but I typically have a couple mins to do this before I need to use the mic so I'm not peeved by it. For the price, that is a small consolation. If you need your mic on the fly and have windows 10, please first web search any problems with this mic and your laptop model. I have an Asus. Good luck!
