Be careful at full extension cause it becomes flimsy at the end. I don't recommend extending it fully when riding but it's long enough to see 360 in front an back without being blocked by your backend

Fully extended, it takes some effort to handle with one hand--but it makes possible shots that look like they are from a drone. The base is also long enough to sink into a backpack while still elevating your camera well overhead, obviating the need for other accessories that are designed to provide an aerial perspective.

I attempted to use another brand from Amazon (much cheaper) and the pole bended significantly. The Insta360 is high quality and takes the 360 shots to another level.
